This is just a big Hello to Dr. Bealer from a staff member of long ago. I worked at Towers Medical Clininc in the early 80's with Dr. Bealer, Dr. Cookson, Dr. Turley, Dr. Russell, Adeline, Joyce, Paula, Raina and others. Perhaps I am biased when I say that these were among the best of the best co workers and more importantly as people. I have worked my life in the Health Care field and my days in Drayton Valley with these special people have remained with me always. I am also retired and I truly hope each of the dedicated, compassionate people are enjoying retirement as much as I am. Sincerely, Shelley Anderson (Low)

Doc B is the best. He's been my doctor since I was a baby. Even after I moved to Calgary I still made the regular trip back to Drayton to see him. He retired and I found another doctor. But heard he is back practicing and still as amazing as before.
He is incredibly compassionate and easy to talk to. My first "sex" talk was with him when I was 13. He's one of the last great doctors. They don't make them like him anymore!

He take the time you need to discuss all issues and listens. I trust him. The trouble is he's away half he year, and getting older so might retire soon.

This is the first time I've seen Dr. Bealer, but I was blown away. He is very thorough, asks a lot of questions, makes sure he's covered all of your questions. Constantly asks "is there anything else I can help you with" or something similar. The comment below about "if he is at work"...he is one of the few doctors in this town that doesn't cancel his appointments without a legitimate reason, but he does only work here 6 months out of the year, as the other half of the year he is in some warm climate (not sitting on his butt, but actually being a doctor wherever it is he goes). So, yes, half the year you can't get in to see him but the other half he is great to have around! The punctuality I won't blame him for, it's the other patients who want to talk about 4 different things rather than the 2 they called for, which creates a backlog in the system. And really I only waited 10 minutes so he's still pretty darn good.

he has been my family doctor for as long as I can remember. I love going to him, and hate seeing most other doctors, because they seem to just get you in and out, not care about your questions. I just wished he was here for more than 6 months a year.

He is so kind that I could'nt help but tell him, because I have had doctors who aren't.I would see him for all appointments if he was available.

Dr Bealer has been our family doctor for 26 years. He is semi retired but still very caring and through. He is the only Doctor that I trust.

Very compassionate. Not afraid to say he doesn't know and send you to a specialist. Not that bad of wait times. What is bad is the office staff. Some of them are not very pleasant. Need customer training.
