Wonderful neurologist. My son was seen by her from the age of 4-18. She always was super friendly and gentle. She is very personable and you get the impression she is almost one of your extended family. She made a horrible diagnosis palatable since it was never bothersome to go for the visits. She would always inquire about my daughter since she suffered migraines and eventually told me to book and appointment and followed her as well. Now that my son has aged out, she always asks about him when we go with my daughter. She was super quick to help when we needed a doctors evaluation for cégep and we got the letter within 2 days! I am so sorry we have aged out and are no longer her patients. She referred us to wonderful doctors who are kind and caring as well. I will miss our bi annual appointments. I couldn’t recommend her more if you are lucky to get treated by her. I had dealt with other neurologist and she is by far the best.

Dr.Poulin has been my neurologist for 18 years. I started seeing her since I was 9 months old. Thanks to her who found out what my diagnosis is, I am so glad she was the one who was covering the EMG back when I had to go do it where she found out that it had nothing to do with the muscle but it has to do with my brain, where after she started following me until I became an adult. I loved her, she is so kind and helpful. She listens to all my concerns and helps me any way she can. All thanks to her that my seizures are now in control after prescribing Keppra, Frisium following my second seizure in 2012 and after that it never happened again. She constantly keeps checking if everything is alright every year by running an EEG test. Even though, waiting time is a lot to when I go see her but I must say she is the best.

Thank you doctor for the 18 years of service for my son. She is truly a remarkable doctor and angel, we could have not done it without her. She relentlessly kept driving for 18 years for results and finally found his rare Gene mutation. I cannot say thank you enough, your favorite and only Grin1 patient...

Dr. Poulin is an angel! She is incredibly knowledgeable, kind caring and puts the needs of her patients and their families first. Don't know what we would have done without her. Not enough time to say what an incredible Dr. and person she is.

Mme Chantal Poulin étant médecin et que j'ai au dessus de 18 ans. Elle est supposé me référé à un médecin en neurologie au adulte, mais pour faire ça elle doit me voir avant tout mais malheureusement . Elle à commencé à me suivre en 2007 pourtant en 2016 je ne là recommande vraiment à personne.

Mon fils a été référé à ce medecin pour investiguer une neureupathie probable.Nous sommes allé à Montréal pour qu'il subisse divers examen (écho, ecg, emg) et divers consultation(chirurgie et cardio).Elle a ordonné une biopsie au deltoïde) 3 ans plus tard? Aucun suivi! Une secrétaire impolie et bête. En plus nous venons d'apprendre que la biopsie n'a pas été fait sur le bon muscle. Je ne recommande vraiment pas ce médecin

Le Docteur Poulin est un médecin hors pair,compétent, professionnelle et ampathique.Bref, une perle rare a garder jalousement.Aucune excellente évaluation ne peut donner justice au docteur Poulain.Bravo et c'est une réelle chance que de vous avoir comme médecin. La famille Ferreri
