really highly recommend Dr Lortie and his staff. His surgical nurses are the best, I’ve needed a few surgeries and they are really nice and caring.

Very genuine physician with lovely staff. The clinic is tasteful and not over crowded. I was most impressed with the attitude of the staff who seemed happy to be there and eager to help where needed. It’s a busy clinic and everyone seems to try their best to make it a good day experience. A breath of fresh air compared to some health care facilities I’ve visited recently where most staff seem miserable. I was there for a full body scan of my skin and didn’t feel rushed through and the nurse even answered a few extra questions for me once the dr had left the room. Happy to have them as the Dermatology clinic in Sherwood park.

Kind of disappointed. Went in for a recurring rash on neck and face that has moved to eye area. Noticed I also have rosacea which I knew. Wrote me a prescription for something I said I already tried and didn’t work and quickly shoved me off to another office with the girls who do some kinda light therapy at over $200 a treatment. And would I like to be booked for this. Barely saw doctor for little over 5 minutes. What I needed help with band questions I had didn’t get dealt with. He was also a little rude. Finding a lot more docs like this lately.
