I have been waiting over 3 months to get in and make a appointment to see dr essaji, he only made a phone call with me 5 weeks ago to set a blood work appointment, I got my blood work the next day, I’ve been waiting ever since to hear back about it, my foot is swollen up and I can’t walk, how this isn’t considered urgent is beyond me when he has yet to look at it in person! I had to go to a walk-in clinic to get looked at because I was tired of being put off, and the staff are the worst. I called asking about my appointment which took 4 days to get ahold of anyone because they only go in the mornings apparently, to only get told off by the rudest secretary I’ve ever spoken to, this shouldn’t be allowed to happen! Doctor essaji is best, ive been going to him my whole life, but he over books, and his staff are rude and ignorant! Something needs to change.

doctor essaji is amazing, the staff? horrible. every single time i am waiting weeks to get things from them. calling to make an appointment is the worst experience because they really don’t want to be talking with you. i was waiting a month for them to fax my RX to the pharmacy and had to call every day for two weeks to finally get it sent over there. Debating even finding a few clinic because of the horrible experiences with the staff.

Dr.Essaji is a very knowledgeable and caring dr. He explains well and listens to your concerns. I've been a patient for years. But since covid I have had health issues, emergencies and could not get anywhere with staff. When returning a call from hom staff had me explain why he wouod call and told me I was a liar he would never call a patient. I've booked several appointments and no call or followup. So I have no idea if appointments wee even booked. Last time I tried was asked when last date I was in and then told I am no longer his patient.. family of 4 left with no dr. But I guess trying 2 years to gwt in we had no dr to begin with.

New front desk staff absolutely just plain rude, I called a couple of times in the past few months even booking an appointment seems like a chore to her. Oh yes and don’t ask her to relay a message to the doctor it just won’t happen and you will be waiting for nothing.

I’ve been a patient here for 28 years, if it wasn’t for the front desk staff I’d be there for 29 but I’ve been screwed around for the last time. If you want a doctor and staff who’s caring or if you have any anxiety issues at all stay away from here please, the staff do not understand.

Hate having to book an appointment. It causes me bad anxiety every time. The receptionist are horrible to deal with and it’s well known. They will judge you based on what medication you are on and make you send multiple faxes from the pharmacy because they always loose them. Dr. Essaji is a great doctor but he has way to many patients and it’s not worth the anxiety trying to see him. Move on if you can, a lot of people are!
