She acts like a power hungry power mongol.She marks patients late unless they are at least 5 minutes early. She withholds medications if co-pay or insurance payment is denied - even when double billing is being disputed. I spent hours having to prove I paid. Only to be re billed again for double charges a few months later. She tries to change meds that are working to whatever free samples she received from pharmaceutical reps that week. Her staff laughs, talks about loudy and uses the full names of patients who can't get refills becuase they did not pay their co-pays or are disputing a bill. I waited at the window while her staff socialized then marked me late and was told to wait 3 hours or pay a no-show fee. She told a ER doc she had not prescribed a medication she had been for over 2 years making me look like an illigal drug user. missed any. She made me feel worthless.
