AVOID!! Staffs clueless and never answers phones!! Each appointment is limited to a specific time they feel is needed for the issue you are coming in to see them for and if its going to take longer than this Dr Ting has told me I need to reschedule another appointment with him to talk about as no time today ...WTH!! DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR you are just a number in his book for income $$$ no care what so ever about you and your health

Dr. Ting is a wonderful doctor. He takes the time and energy to actually listen to you and any concerns you have about your child's health. After three years of dealing with several doctors regarding my son's ADHD, Dr. Ting was the FIRST doctor who validated my concerns about my son reacting poorly to stimulant treatment of his ADHD (racing heart rate, extremely slow height and weight gain, and anxiety). He then was approachable enough to explore non-stimulant options for my son, rather than dismissing my concerns. Absolutely wonderful man!

Dr Ting is AMAZING. I hope now that he's back in Ontario he will open up his own practice so I can go back to him again. Very caring, very knowledgeable, super punctual. When I first ran into him again last summer after years when he left for Bejing, he asked me how I was doing, and what had changed since he last saw me, and asked multiple times if I'm being treated ok and am comfortable (have horrible anxiety and depression - he diagnosed and helped me SO much). I've never met a more amazing Dr.
