Not sure why there are so many negative comments on the front end staff. I have been going to Dr Id since 2004. The one constant (beside the doctor) is a receptionist who has been there as long as I can remember. She has always been good to us, always kind. She runs the phones, the patients (and I've seen some rude patients) and keeps things running smooth all around.

Very busy clinic. The phones never stop and the receptionist is trying to deal with patients and phones at the same time. Plus all other paperwork that goes with it. I don’t know how she does it. I guess that’s why everyone else left over the yr and she stayed because she seems to be the only one who can run the place

Has to many patients now I guess but big rush job and half the time messed up my perseription repeats or gives me the wrong number and leaves meds off unless you catch it before leaving the office .. seems like he doesn’t care just going through the motions as quick as possible. Not a good doctor. You need to also go into the office to get an appointment as most times they don’t pick up the phone.

Took three times to visiting him to set up an appointment at the hospital for allergy test. Basically he waste my time twice. Shortly after I miss an appointment with him and he wanted $50 from me. I guess he Figures it's Okay to waste my time but I can't waste his. He has too many patients and don't pay attention to what's really happening with them he's all about the money. My mother also has him as a doctor and she has similar issues with him. I strongly recommend you look for a different doctor.

LOVE DR ID but hate his receptionist when your happy you finally get the line your PUT ON HOLD without being able to answer. Also keep you on hold for 15-20 mins and you don't want to hang up cause you will never get the line again. HATE CALLING THERE but love DR ID.

Dr id is an awesome doctor that listens but it’s the front desk rescepenist that need to be more friendly and I’m talking about just one of them. The phone is always going to voicemail and that means going downtown to make an appointment. Like I said the doctor is awesome it’s the rescepcinest that needs to go

No issue with ID himself but it takes hours to get an appointment as his staff are terrible. They will put you on hold and never pick up and then when you call back they will never pick up I have to drive down there to make appointments in person most times because his rude staff won't pick up the phone....

DR ID is my family doctor and any medical issue that I have had has been taken care of promplty. I don't go to is office to socialize, I go whenever I'm in need medical attention and he has certainly listen and helped me with my problems. He is on time with appts, which is awesome. Every time you call for an appt. your are ask to hold the line but you are not on hold for very long. I worked in a medical clinic and I know that the telephone does not stop ringing.
