I've been seeing Dr Jones since January 1995. I've a serious family history of heart disease and he has had me see the specialists for every appropriate test. I no longer have high blood pressure, and he worked with me to find the right medication to lower - and keep low - my cholesterol and other blood fats. He's impressed on me MY role in my personal health, as a result I'm slimmer, healthier and feel much better than when I started with him. If you're looking for a true professional with the aim of a long term, family Doctor, health care partnership - Dr Jones is your man. I am completely happy with his services. I recommend him without reservation.

Went to Jones for many years as he was the family doctor after Stronge retired. Thought he was alright, until I moved to cities a few years back and had to get a new Doc. Wow! What a difference. Suddenly blown away by the idea that a REAL doctor asks questions and orders up tests for proper diagnostics. Jones has about 5 diagnosis that he just rotates through each time you visit. Anyone who rates this man above a two really needs to test run another Doc. Honestly you don't know what you're missing out on! Jones, if you're reading these on occasion, please, do us all a favour and retire. You're much better at swimming than you are at medical care.

I have seen doctor jones for many years. he gets right to the point and tells you what you need to know. he doesnt sugar coat things. when your in the hospital he come to see you and make sure things are ok. very old school, but its apart of his practise. visits when patients are in hospital, which doctors dont do anymore. knows everything about his patients.

The only good thing I can say about Wayne Jones that he is not a pill pusher.

Terrible bedside manner. Just plain MEAN. Nearly cried when I left. He made me feel horrible. He perscribed me a new medication and told me it was not addictive. After taking it, I was definately high - did my research and turns out it is an addictive drug. What an idiot. And here he was making ME feel like an idiot! Wonder how a great clinic like the Sow's Ear has such a low quality doctor. Don't see him.

Terrible doctor, treated me as badly as I've ever been treated in my life. Expected me to strip naked in front of him for an exam (no privacy provided), then afterwards threw my clothes at me. Acted disgusted with me and would not answer my questions. Told me I had an infection and needed to go to emergency and when I asked, "How do you know that?" he replied, "because I'm a doctor". Would not recommend him to anyone, ever. I avoid the Sows Ear Clinic because of the risk of encountering him again. I was in the middle of a very traumatic miscarriage when I saw him and he had no compassion whatsoever.

Horrible doctor, seems like he's just putting in his time until his retirement. Doesn't listen to his patients, my poor mom nearly died because of his lack of interest in her health, luckily the doc that works the walk in clinic took his job seriously and actually read the test results, she ended up in hospital anyhow, but just in the nick of time. I agree with the other comments, a major pill pusher!! Bad, bad doctor, Jones, do everyone a favor and retire!

Always up to date on medical information - has prescribed the latest and best recommended medications. IS NOT A PILL PUSHER. I have read some of the previous ratings and wonder if those people are speaking of the same doctor - I have been seeing him since 1983 and have always been satisfied with his diagnosis. No, he doesn't hold your hand and commiserate with you - he just cares enough to advise you on the proper treatment and care. More than satisfied with him.
