I like dr wellings but Jennifer is something else.

The staff showed no concern about the quality of the customer/patient experience and do not care about how their actions affect your pocketbook. The nurse looked like she hadn’t smiled for 20 years and seemed to lack interpersonal skills. I got the impression she didn’t like her job or want to be there. A test I didn’t need was ordered and added to my bill. The office staff told me their services were in network and then sent service out-of-network. They could have easily corrected this at no cost to themselves and eliminated my out-of-network expense, but refused to do so. Instead, the office manager blamed me and was rude and argumentative. They demonstrated that they do not have a patient’s best interests at heart.

Wonderful, caring, up to date on medical issues, listens, smart, patient, remembers all patients personally, takes the time needed with each patient, a Doctor you can trust
