The kindness most thoughtful man. I felt so comfortable throughout my entire IVF process. His staff and nurses were just as amazing. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for the best of the best!

Dr. Marrs was very kind, very gentle both in his demeanor and his technical skill. However, I lost two naturally conceived pregnancies while in his care and after I had immunological & clotting tests run by West Coast Labs (at the advice of an RI) he said, "just as we don't know these conditions caused your fetal demises we don't know that they did." Talk about hedging your bets. I even had a "tissue analysis" performed on the last fetus and when it came back "XX Normal" Dr. Marrs said, "That proves nothing. Only XY Normal would prove no genetic problems." With my DE IVF pregnancy I injected a blood thinner and then 2 days after ceasing it (1 week before scheduled c-section necessary due to a fibroid blocking my cervix) I nearly died of HELLP Syndrome. I can't help but think that the fact that I got HELLP when I ceased lovenox means that the earlier demises were due to problems with placental function rather than "bad chromosomes."

i love dr marrs, i've just started going to him and not pregnant yet but will return here soon to let you know the final result, but i strongly believe he is a genius and caring doctor he is so different than any other doctors that i've seen before. he's very positive, very patient very knowledgable, it's worth every penny t spent in their office i just love him, i wish he was single :)

This is one great Doc, his stats, as reported to the government are among the very best... but even more than that, his "bedside manner' is just what we needed to get us through this emotional ride... whatever way it turns out... we will always be grateful to Dr Marrs

He cares about his patients deeply. He has great deal of knowledge in infertility. He is very patient doctor and he answers all my questions. He has a great sense of humor. He tried every way to help me to get pregnant. He made the miracle happen to me. His staffs are excellent too.
