Do not see this doctor unless you know what is wrong before you go in. His lack of knowledge and bedside manner is astounding!! On top of it all his staff, especially the reception staff, are extremely RUDE and unhelpful. I have been seeing him for three years and have wasted my time giving him chance after chance. Save yourself a huge headache and forget about this doctor! See someone who actually cares about their work, medicine and you!

Dr. Collins was not at all helpful. Didn't want to know my medical history, dismissed my arthritic pain,made me feel more miserable.

I've seen him several times over the past few years. In comparison to the rude, impatient doctors in Sherwood Park, he is a godsend. He actually takes his time. Awesome guy.

I have seen Dr Collins for 2 years. He has treated me with kindness and compassion. His medical knowledge has resulted in vast improvements in my health and symptoms. Awesome guy, awesome doctor. I am grateful he is my physician.

takes his time listens to all your concerns,refer you if needed,DR.Collins i feel is very helpfull in his advice about your medication in how and when to take it,and why its required.Good advice given,and not rushed out of his office,like he is on some sort fo time table. jim d

I walked into his clinic yesterday with a (workplace) crushing injury. The care and treatment I received from Dr.Collins and his staff was head & shoulders above anything I've experienced in Alberta. The X-ray staff in his building were also outstanding. If this gentleman is your family physician, consider yourself very fortunate.

1 staff member was above and beyond helpful when I booked Her name is Diane, but upon arriving one staff member (not Diane) was very unpleasant, and couldn't be bothered to say hello to me, let alone look at me...So glad Dr. Collins is great! Cuz I can deal with moody staff if I have a great Doctor!
