We have been waiting 3 months for Dr Peters to fill out a government form for my 90 year old mother in long term care. She agreed on the phone to complete the form, we paid $50 and she hasn't completed it. Assistant has reminded her regularly, found form and put it front and centre, made requests, got promises and still no form. I have begged and pleaded and assistant feels really bad about it. We feel totally at Dr Peters mercy. Form must be completed by her doctor and sent in to government. We don't know what else to do to get Dr Peters to fill in out and sign it. It would probably take 10 minutes. Sure makes me wonder how diligent she is with patient care but with covid how would I know! Very unprofessional!

Unbelievably slow off the mark. My family member needed a report sent to another office for an appointment to see a specialist, three months later still waiting for something to happen. Had to call many times to get any action. What gives? - Is there NO accountability, professionalism or empathy for patients? - I read the bad news from a few about her attitude. Now I know this doctor is no one I would ever recommend.

After each visit, I think never again. She is condescending and a out right bully. She is very opinionated and doesn't like chiropractors, naturopaths or any alternative medicine. I leave feeling very depressed and don't think she addressed my health concerns. I am a prior cancer patient who is supposed to have certain tests done on a regular basis. She's taken it upon herself to decide I don't need what the oncologist advised. If there wasn't a shortage of doctors taking new patients I definitely wouldn't be here.

She made inappropriate small talk to feign friendliness, failed to hide irritability, was rude, and consistently mispronounced the name of my condition. She didn't believe that I managed aspects of health with diet, didn't believe my recent injury was real, and left me stressed out feeling like I had nowhere to turn. Never again. I think she is dangerous. Worst doctor I've ever seen.

No empathy, takes calls during appointment nurse exactly the same way. Do not go to this dr if you have any depression. With a lack of drs I am ok to go to a walkin rather then go to this dr.

Diana is a thoughtful caring doctor who takes the time to get to know you and your health concerns. She is a no bull kind of doctor which I like. There are so many good things about her to list. I have been her patient for a couple of years and feel blessed to have such a good doctor.

Dr Peters was warm, helpful, and informed. I'd want her as my GP if she had her own practice here in Vernon. At the walk-in clinic, though, there's no knowing which Dr you'll see.

Last Christmas my daughter ended up in emergency with a high fever and upon tests we found out she had h1n1. Dr. Peter's phoned me after hours to check in and sent a prescription immediately over to the pharmacy for the rest of our family to start taking to help prevent us getting the worst of it. She then continued to check in to see how we were doing. As far as I'm concerned she is the most amazing dr. For a dr. To do that over the holidays and be so quick to help and check in with us... all I can say is AMAZING... she is so good at helping get answers for my family and she is just the best dr we've had...

Dr. Peters exhibits true concern for her patients. She is well educated and knowledgeable. She has never been on time but this is probably due to being through and having a sympathetic ear.
