I have been going to Dr Thomas for 3 years.He is a great doctor. He listens and is very nice.He does not ignore any complaint...On the other hand the staff and head nurse that over sees staff,is increasingly uncaring, cold, they will not listen to what you are trying to say.They are very rude at times. They talk down to you at times and have a way to make you feel very awful about yourself,and feel as if your doing something wrong when you are just trying to explain your problem and situation.They immediately assume you are "med seeking" They do not treat you as an indivisual.I expect when I call my doctors office that I talk to someone who cares, who listens no matter how long they have to listen to your problem instead of cutting you off and half caring about you as a person. They seem to make up the rules as they go along.Any mistake made are not cleared up because no one will listen.The staff,head nurse have has had me in tears,feeling awful when all I want is my dr office to care!
