One of the worst healthcare professionals I have ever been to.

Awful. Arrogant, cocky, full of himself. Doesnt care about patients well being. Impossible to move appointments & reschedule without being berated, he will hold you hostage knowing script refills are needed and does not care about sudden withdrawls from meds he prescribes. He wants CONTROL and couldnt achieve it in Haiti apparently. Should be sued out of practice. Terrible terrible "Doctor"

Do not go to this doctor. He is arrogant, rude, disrespectful, insensitive, and overall completely unprofessional! He disregards his patient’s feelings and should not be allowed to practice medicine!!!

Doesn't explain medications, when asked gets defensive and rude. I called with a question and was told to take medications as told and come back when my appointment was when I was hoping to not take medication at all. I was worried about side effects I had been experiencing and instead of making me feel comfortable with his choice he completely discounted my feelings...I will not be returning. His staff are very sweet and wonderful though.

I don't know what the other reviewers problems are but I like Dr Chrisponte. Been going to him over a year and have no issues. His receptionist Betty is a sweetheart. I think the other reviewers were just people looking to get some benzos. If your looking for this type of doctor I would recommend him.

Tried to contact him twice. Called and spoke with him and he totally blew me off..…told me that he was retiring and not taking any new patients when in fact his info says he is. Also rude, didn't like the fact that I was on a benzo and then when I was off and told him that in another call, he still blew me off. Was actually recommended to him by my therapist...not so much. Totally turned off by his attitude and I didn't even make it into his office!

Very hard to understand. Helps with your problems by looking it up online reading word from word thinking I don't see him doing it Will Not recommend to anyone
