Staff is extremely rude. I believe their billing is questionable at best. I get a gushed cleaning then they say the doctor will look at X-rays later... I bet they bill that he examined me! Needs to be reported

I honestly question whether or not some of the work done on my teeth were necessary! The son said I needed a root canal in a tooth that never even bothered me at all! Now I've had a couple before and my tooth were hurt badly prior to having to get a root canal. Always feel very rushed in the chair & feel he gets agitated when asked for details on procedures. They really only seem to care about collecting $$$ & not the patient!

I had a terrible toothache and my dentist was unable to see me. I called Dr Rizkalla's office and they were able to see me right away. I had never experienced pain like this before and was very apprehensive seeing someone new. My worries were quickly put to rest after speaking with Dr Rizkalla and his staff. He was very knowledgable and explained the procedure as well as all costs to me in detail. I ended up having a root canal, post & crown. I never felt any pain during or afterwards. I am very pleased with the work performed and was impressed by the software and new technology used in the office. I plan on switching myself and m family to Dr Rizkalla's office.

Do not under any circumstances consider scheduling any appointments at this office with either of the dentists father or son. The staff is incredibly rude, incompetent and the skill of the elder dentist is very questionable. They do not care about their patients beyond getting paid. Such a waste of a beautiful old building

Drilled wrong tooth on my daughter, broke off a peice and shoved it back into her gums , cutting it. This caused a severe infection and led to the tooth not being able to come out naturally and new tooth trying to push through was coming in at an angle.They denied that they ever worked on the tooth at all!!! Also ruined my sons beautiful teeth by putting some crazy contraption in his mouth that did not allow his pallate to expand. This caused his eye teeth to not come in normally and now we must spend $5,000 in corrective surgery!

Dr. Karim Rizkalla is a wonderful dentist. He is very knowledgeable, gentle and does great work in a short amount of time. His staff is very warm and include some of the best assistants I have encountered. I have been going to him for 4 years now and would recommend him to anyone.

Dr Karim Rizkalla is a very friendly and patient dentist. He responded completely to any and all questions I had. He is also very gentle and understanding. I have seen him for a few years now and would continue to see him in the years to come.
