She doesn't seem to listen. Like she hears every 5 word, gives worst case scenario and orders too many unneccesary tests. Say you have a headache, she's scheduling an MRI without hearing how bad your allergies are. I had an earache, she saw nothing, but told me I could have a tumor and scheduled an MRI. Why not reccommend an ENT dr instead? Which is what I did, and there was inflammation cured by prendisone. Saved myself and ins. co lots of money.

Dr. Zimmerman is agreat, professional, knowledgable and caring Dr. I've her apteint for many years, so is my entire family. I would not change her for any other Dr. as long as I can, and as long as she accept my insurance. Very trustwordy and caring. The nurse that works with her is very professional as well and a very nice person.

I had my first visit with Dr. Zimmerman a couple weeks ago. Contrary to several previous comments, I found the nursing staff to be terrific. I had very low expectations coming in but left with nothing but praise. The comments about long wait times is true, at least it was for my visit. However, I am in agreement with the consensus the wait is worth it. While I have only seen Dr. Zimmermann once (not enough to make a truly informed decision), I was very happy with her level of care. I look forward to seeing her again, hopefully not for another year or 2!

Dr. Zimmermann is a good doctor but she makes you wait far too long in the waiting room. Also, her hours are not conducive to working people. As good as Dr. Zimmermann is her staff is poor.

Dr. Zimmerman is a wonderful practitioner who takes time to get to know you and your concerns. I find her easy to communicate with and she responds patiently to questions. Her nurse is just as caring and wonderful and he makes each patient feel special. I recommend her highly.

Dr. Zimmerman is incredible. You've read that there is going to be a wait, so just bring a book. But, it doesn't really matter that much to me. Either way, Dr. Zimmerman is GREAT!!! She's knowledgeable and she's fun. She made me feel very comfortable with her, which is important, because there was a lot of uncomfortable conversations going on about my health. Her staff, to me, has seemed to improve from what others are saying. I will continue to go to her for all my medical needs.

i definitely agree that the wait time is ridiculous!! and the people at the desk are terrible. try calling and talking to them on the phone. They put you on hold before you can even say hello. but with all of that aside, dr. z is really wonderful. she is upfront and honest. i have never felt rushed with her but that may explain why i have to wait at least 45+ minutes past my appointment time to be seen each time. if she really wants to improve the practice, she needs to get rid of the receptionists!!!

Dr. Zimmerman is great. Her staff is RUDE and unprofessional. Recently, her office manager violated by privacy rights by letting the whole waiting room know what I was there to be treated for. Although she is great, I'm finding another primary care doctor because in an emergency I would not trust her staff. The comment about gossiping about patients is correct. I've heard that while waiting in the reception area.

Dr. Zimmermann is an excellent doctor and does not beat around the bush, she tells you like it is. I have been a patient of Dr. Zimmerman's for many years and find the wait to be long, but worth it to see an excellent doctor. There should be more like her.
