She is the best doctor my family has ever had. She is always there when we need her and so very friendly. It is wonderful to have a doctor that really cares. If there is a longer wait to see her its because she takes the time to really discuss you problems. I would much rather have a wait time than have a doctor who takes no time with me to hear my issue's.

Punctuality has gone downhill in the past 6 months. It used to be a typical 15-20 minute wait. Now it is about an hour. The time delay is due to various reasons. All of the reasons are understandable.
