My family has been with Dr. Alper for well over a decade. Dr Alper is caring, professional and knowledgeable. Her staff is wonderful.

I'm giving one star for everything, since Dr. Alper's negligence ruined my life permanently. She ignored symptoms I was informing of for years, even refusing to refer me to a specialist. She treated me like I was a hypochondriac. Guess what, now I'm on treatment for life, and the situation could have gotten extremely traumatic if I had waited any longer. My new Dr. immediately thought of what it might be, called in other Drs to verify, gave me an immediate referral. Dr Alper's refusal to listen to my concerns has caused me lifelong physical and psychological damage.

Has been my family doctor for many years. Is knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and refers me to the right people to help with any issues that need to be addressed by a specialist.

I was at the jewish general hospital In April of 2020 I had severe pain in my thorax, X-Rays were taken she reviewed them and saw nothing. She Dr. Alper prescribed an anti stomach reflux medication. The next Day She called me and said that upon review by the radiologist I had Pneumonia, I asked what to do and she told me it would probably clear up on it's own. I was very sick for many more weeks until at the end of June 2020 I ended up back at the Jewish General Hospital unable to breathe. Pulmanory embolisms... Asked by Dr, Kim. while there if I wanted to sign a DNR as I would probably Die. I refused. I somehow survived and am not well to this day. I feel in my opinion Dr. Alper was unattentive distracted, rushed, and incapable of properly evaluating a chest X-ray. Following up with the phone call and not prescribing antibiotic medication. I think in my opinion this Doctor is unworthy of being on staff at the Jewish General emergency despite the shortage of qualified clinicians, She should be re-evaluated and also in my opinion only be dispensing :Band Aids" for Boo Boos...and not given the confidence to evaluate or manage care of potentionally life or death illnesses Overall my rating of her is a dismal 8/100

I think she is always rushing at her job and doesn’t properly help the patient and getting their needs done as soon as possible.

Dr Alper is unprofessional,had a crush on my fiance ..gave wrong medication..honestly I could write more but beware of this so called impartial NOT doctor

Dr Alper has been my family doctor for many years. She is smart, kind, knowledgeable, relaxed, well informed and has a gentle bedside manner. We love her!
