you can tell by his demeanor that he does not want to be there to help you. he does not seem to want to provide knowledge to help their patient little to anyway but to waste your time to see him. I told him about my high blood pressure and does not say anything about it nor have any concern. I've waited long hours to see a doctor and says little to nothing and just walks away like he is done. I'm here to see the doctor to seek answers and he has done nothing for me. it mind bloggers to me so much this doctor gets paid good money to do nothing for the society. listen to me very carefully look at all these reviews below they say something about him, best to avoid this doctor and see someone else

I hate this doctor absolutely zero empathy wouldn’t even let me finish speaking for 2 seconds. Theres people out there working 100x harder than you. Absolutely trash do your job as doctor stop being so lazy and help your patient. Someone needs to put this guy back in slavery, what a disgrace. I have no empathy for people like this who cut corners in life. We sacrificed our time and energy just see a good doctor to listen to us about our concerns but no people like doctor tom is what God detest.

Could not help with solutions. Uneasy to talk to. Impatient, rude and lazy. Doctor doesn't seem to care about being a doctor at all. I don't recommend this doctor to anyone at all. All the wait patience to see this doctor is not worth it

I could not get an appointment for 2 years, after attempted more than 4 times, then got accused to be neglecting my health. I had to jump from one walk in to another to get prescriptions. Perhaps the GP's are also under stress. This is the citation I hope they will not be on this side one day.

Dr. Tom is anti patient. He should not be in that profession. I don’t know how he can hate patients but make money practicing….

(To preface: the staff were all lovely in my experience. I would give them a 3-4 rating but I don't want to bump up my rating for Dr. Tom. The staff was fine.)

Dr. Tom is the most condescending doctor I've had the displeasure of meeting. He wouldn't let me explain why I was there and kept interrupting me. He told me, and I quote, that I would "just get used to the pain" that had been affecting me for months and was affecting my ability to work. He wasnt going to do anything to help me until I managed to get what I thought was going to be the clinic sending requisition for tests, but, no. I had to call the labs myself and I could never get through. I couldn't make the appointments and had to resort to a virtual doctor, who actually sent the requisitions on my behalf.

My latest visit had much of the same, him interrupting me while I was trying to explain my problems (which was the same problem he told me I'd just have to "get used to"), him staring down at me as if I were an idiot and addressing me in a way to back up his glare. I left this visit in tears due to his callousness and rude behavior. He didn't care. There was not an ounce of empathy.

No doctor should ever address patients like Dr. Tom did to me. It's utterly appalling.

There were two doctors working when I went to the clinic and there was a long line of patients waiting. To my surprise, I was admitted quickly. It turned out that the other patients were waiting to see the other doctor, not this guy, for a reason. This doctor is rude and condescending, He has zero empathy toward his patients. Lesson learned. I will check which doctors are on duty before going to the clinic next time. If I hear Roger Tom, I will call another clinic.

Always friend staff and super helpful. Dr. Tom has been knowledge in most areas and will be a straight shooter - if if you don’t want to hear it. Keep up the great work.
