Dr Perkin has been my family practitioner my entire life, he is very welcoming and knowledgeable. My entire family and extended family are patients of his, he feels apart of the family. There is no one else I would trust with the care of my children.

After almost a month of swelling in my hand and wrist and a couple visits to the ER to have tests done, in excruciating pain, I decided to take the drive from Sarnia to Strathroy to the after hours clinic. Met with Dr Perkins. Within 1 visit I felt totally welcomed and he found the root of the problem. What a perfect gentleman. Wish he was my permanent dr. I rate him a 10 star ⭐️

Dr. Perkin has been my only family physician, he has also taken care of many of my other direct family members. He goes above and beyond, his team works very hard to get you seen in a timely fashion when it comes to booking an appointment. I'm very appreciative to him for his care during my time with him. We have shared many laughs along with tears. I'm very lucky to have had him and Beatrice for my medical care. He really truly cares about his patients and will take that extra step to ensure proper care is provided. Thank you for staying with the practice, even though you have earned your retirement, but I know I'm thankful you choose to continue helping the community.

While there have been occasions that I've had to wait a bit longer than expected to see Dr. Perkin, there is no doubt in my mind that it's because he has given his other patients the extra time they may have needed, just like he always does with me, and I can't say enough good things about him.
He has always been beyond compassionate, he always explains everything very clearly, he takes his time with me and always has every single time I've seen him, and never makes me feel rushed. He's also got a GREAT sense of humour!!
As much as this man deserves to retire, I'll be heartbroken when he does because I don't think I'll ever find a better Family Physician.
He is the BEST.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr Perkin.Kind , sympathetic and SO knowledgeable.I feel as if he has all day for me.He takes the time to explain things very thoroughly.. it’s going to be a sad day when this fine gentleman retires.

Dr Perkins assisted in delivering me. He delivered all of my children via c-section and he prepared me for every step of the way. He has ALWAYS responded the best he could with the issues in front of us. There have been many over the years that required research and consulting other doctors and he did all of those things. Referred to me specialist after specialist upon my request. He NEVER minimized my pain, my issues and when I feel most crazy in life for some reason HE GETS IT. I say one of the MOST trusted doctors I have ever known and proud to say he is mine and my families.

Dr Perkin was my family doctor for many years. He certainly looked after my husband for many years of illness.
I moved to London 9 years ago and eventually found a doctor in London. I miss Dr Gary Perkin!!!!

My family doctor since I was born. Always minimalized concerns or problems. It would have been nice to felt like my problems were valid and I was heard. I had to convince him I needed to see a specialist as a I had a long term problem for over 2 years did not resolve. If a doctor cares for your health and well-being, should they not convince you to go to a specialist??? I also had a blood disorder that slowly evolved over years. Many times of thorough blood work, and no news. The reason it was brought to my attention was because I had stroke symptoms and went to emerge in another province and was thoroughly examined. Saw a specialist two days later. I'll never go back. On a positive note, he is fun to have a casual chat with though. He and his staff have been running on automatic mode for some time. Maybe time to enjoy a permanent golf game?
