Excellent doctor! She is very empathetic and kind with a good sense of humor. She saw my mom at the clinique Indigo and we were seen earlier than expected, she was very helpful during our visit. Would love to have her as a family doctor.

Went to the walk-in clinic in with a severe sore throat. I waited 1.5h to see her - I have been going to this clinic for years and never waited more than 30 mins before being seen by a doctor. She walked in and immediately said that there is nothing wrong. She asked if my throat could be hurting due to anxiety or stress? I was shocked! She was so blunt and did not care to elaborate as to why she suspected that. She could not have excited the room fast enough.

Dr tong is a danger to her patients. I went into the emergency clinic as advanced by my family doctor concerning swallowing issues. Not only do I have herniated disks in my neck but I’ve lost a significant amount of weight due. She didn’t even touch ornexamin me. Dr tong is aggressive and inpatient, offering condescending “advice” and being extremely confrontational. She barely gave me a requisition for a swallowing test and acted hysterical at any attempt to have her listen to me. All doctors at this emergency clinic should be ashamed.

Dr Tong is one of the best Drs out there. she has been taking care of my family for years and we are so thankful to her knowledge, care and support. I am sad to read that there are negative comments about her here. I highly trust her as a Dr.

All of our family members have the privelege of seeing Dr. Tong our family physician. She is thorough and responsive to ones questions and concerns. Her use of technology makes communication between a specialist smooth. We are all thrilled to have our medical files here⭐️

Not at all pleased with her. she refused to give my brother chest X-rays for his lungs and as a result was never properly treated for coughing and eventually he died of lung cancer. Ting did not believe him and she never did the proper tests to diagnose him properly. As a result of Tong’s ill judgement my brother passed away. We should have prosecuted tong but a long process . I would not recommend her she is also not a good dr lacks knowledge and can be rude and uncompassionate

Something is wrong with this doctor. Perhaps it’s pandemic battle fatigue. Time to look for another GP.

I had a telephone appointment with Dr. Tong because I could feel that my IUD was coming out of place. I explained that I had been cramping and bleeding for 3 days. She told me that she didn’t have time to see me in person that day, and that I should just try to remove the IUD myself. You’d think any woman, especially a doctor would know better than to give that kind of dangerous, negligent “advice.”

Both my brother and I spoke to Dr Tong about different issues over the phone during COVID. We both had terrible experiences with her. Did not give us the time of day and rushed us off the phone in under 2 minutes!! When doing telemedicine you would think she would take the time.
