Doesn’t listen, thinks he knows everything about you, when you’re clearly telling him somethings wrong. Thinks if you look for help anywhere else you’re undermining him.

Worst doctor ever. My wife was told in front of me that an ear infection was all in her head. Went to the hospital 1 hours later and her ear had burst. Wouldn't trust him to cut a steak or figure out a crosswors

Dr. Jensen gave my brother the very best care for the past 8 years, and our family is so grateful for his patience and kindness.

Been our family doctor for decades and he is amazing. Very knowledgeable and practical.
Always felt that he really cares . Definitely not one to quickly prescribe medication which I like. He is a big proponent of healthy lifestyle and exercising before drugs, some people probably don't want to hear this and want the easy answer in a pill.

Omg. Seen him in emergency and said nothing was wrong even though I was having trouble breathing and sent me home. Days later I went to see my doctor and my doctor said "why didn't you go to emergency " I said "I did and was told nothing was wrong". He maybe a smart man at the books but he is not an open minded person and needs better bed side manners.

I don’t have enough kind words for Jensen. He’s been my family doctor for roughly 16 years. When I was a teenager I was in and out of the hospital with cramps, most of the doctors looked for signs of appendicitis, a couple told me that I was lying about the intensity of the cramps and one or two even sent me home because “a woman’s cramps are never that bad”. I was 13 when this started and finally 3 years later someone actually listened to me. I was 16 and Jensen sent me in for an MRI, ultrasound, pee test, blood work, you name it I had it. It was a Saturday when he got the results, he called the hospital and told me to wait until he got there. I had a growth on my ovary that was the size of a grapefruit. He had me in for surgery with Dr. Bailey and many other doctors and staff within a couple months after multiple tests were run. If it wasn’t for Jensen things could have turned out very different for me. Jensen is now our entire family doctor, he is great with my son who he also had in for a surgery (with children’s hospital) when no one else could see his problem. He is simply amazing.

I am a retired male senior business person ! I have been a patient of Dr. Jensen for about twelve years . My business travels took me all over many places in the World. Upon occasions I had to seek out medical aid for , usually minor problems ! In recent years I have had my share of medical challenges and Dr. Jensen was my immediate contact for attention, then if needed , I was referred to a Specialist . I have read a number of negative comments about the Dr. and I want to say , he is one of the best analytical Doctors I have ever known . His knowledge of the medical field is top shelf and he shares his wisdom with his patients . We all should be so lucky to have a person like him in our life . Also , he is very well respected by many professional colleagues in Alberta, bar none ! Robert G.Hefferton , High River , AB

Always gives it to you straight. I think some people aren't used to not being eased into their problems, but some of us really appreciate it.

Went to Hospital yesterday Jan. 2016 and got this wanna hear himself talk.... Think he know it all Dr. Went as in severe pelvic pain with Diverticulits that feels like constant labor pain, low pelvic through into lower back that by 4 pm I could not get on top of pain with oral pain meds .... Breakthrough pain.... N left hospital in same level of pain walked in with!!! He would not hear my words and would not let me get a word in edgewise. Once home pulled out my April 8, 2016 records, results, notes. when I to hospital in same excruciating low pelvic pain with this same Dr. Who didn't help me That day neither. I know my body n knew I had diverticulitis infection This Dr refused to do Bloodwork or X-ray to ensure I didn't have a bowel obstruction!!! Sent home in pain. Two days later back to hospital n pray I don't get same Dr. But get family member with same attitude n initial don't believe me attitude. Said I don't think u have infection ....But at least did Blood work. N all of a sudden she back in my room saying we are.... You are going by ambulance Calgary Hospital!!! Later got my results of that day and white blood cells over 13.5. I was admitted at Calgary Hospital for 9 days on IV Antibiotics. In all my 15 yrs with diverticulosis I managed at home with approx 1 infection per year with oral antibiotics n not eating. This was a huge serious neglect by this Dr. I know I am at high risk for bowel obstruction/Abcess that would have to be surgically drained. I know my Body this condition inside/out!! N to be treated like I am a hypochondriac is stress upon stress. This lack of treatment in April put me in hospital.... I had Never been admitted for this in 15 yrs!!! Put me in acute infection by than ....9 days in hospital n released n two more wks of oral antibiotics at home n severe pain. Took till mid June to fully recover. I did report this Dr and seems by other patient experiences.... A bare slap on the hand.
