Dr. Wright is a great doctor. She makes you feel very comfortable. Her staff is horrible. Well, the nurses are nice but the desk girls are very rude. You never get calls returned and wonder if they just don't give the doctor the message. They are not helpful when you call. Most the time you get an answering machine, even when they are open and not closed for lunch.

I've seen Dr. Wright for 13 years and plan to as long as she is practicing. I recommend her to everyone who asks. She's like a girlfriend and doctor all in one. It is worth the drive for me!

I have been with Dr. Wright for 16 years. She has been with me through both of my pregnancies. My first child was born with Down Syndrome, and she was incredbily helpful and positive! I think she is the only Dr. who behaved in a way that was helpful. We did not know he would be born with DS as all of my test results showed absolutely no indicators. I was pregnant with my second child when she moved to her new office and everything went off without a hitch. Her staff is always friendly and will to be help. I could not ask for a better Dr. I wish I could see her even as my primary. She has diagnosed almost every medical condition I have ever had! When other Dr.'s were completely clueless. Even my husband thinks she is terrific!!

DR Wright is the best doctor ever! Even my husband loves her. She is a knowledgable, caring, and compassionate doctor. I find her staff to be efficient and helpful. I have recommended her to 9 people and they all like her too. I would highly recommend Dr. Wright to anyone looking for an ob.

I love Dr. Wright! I never have any appointment scheduling issues (even during my prenatal care when you go more and more near the end) and found my experience in the new office to be great. The nurses are helpful and have always been pleasant to me. Whenever I've left a message (question) on the Nurse Line I always get a call back in a timely manner; and the nurse is always helpful, listens to me and has never tried to rush me off the phone. Once during my pregnancy I had to make an appointment unexpectedly and because of that I had to see Dr. Roy instead (it was Dr. Wright's day at the hospital -- just because they are not in the office does not mean they are not working that day), and I found that Dr. Roy is just as helpful, attentive and knowledgeable as Dr. Wright is. I love Dr. Wright and am excited for her to look after my prenatal care, labor and delivery next time around. I actually missed not going to see her every week after my baby was born! :)

I have been with Dr. Wright for 8 years. She recently moved into a new office, and I have to say I am so disappointed in her new policies. She only works 3 days per week, her hours are incredibly inefficient, and twice in the last 6 months (I am pregnant) my appointments have bbne canceled because she "canceled her day" unexpectedly. I would like to get a new doctor, but I am almost ready to deliver. I much prefer the old office. In addition, the office staff is incredibly rude. They act as though patients are an inconvenience to be dealt with, and I don't appreciate it. I haven't said anything because I don't want to affect my care, but when I deliver I may stay since it is only a once or twice a year kind of doctor if you are not pregnant. I am not the only person I know with these inconveniences, either. I know several people who also see Dr. Wright or her partner, Dr. Roy, and they have experienced the same issues and the same chaos since the change in the Fall of 2007.

She and her partner Kristin Roy, MD apparently just left to go to another office and broke away from a group. Total chaos. I am new to the area and was told I could not get in for 2 months! Their hours are incredible! The latest appt. is at 3:30 pm for only one of the doctors and that is only on one day of the week. The rest of the days they both leave at 1:30 pm or 2:45 pm and only work 4 days of the week! One starts at 7:45 am and the other starts at 9:00 am. I remarked at how inconvenient those hrs. seemed to be and the receptionist was incredibly rude and said, "well, you don't have to come here if you don't want to. We have all our patients coming with us from the old office. People are willing to work their schedules around the Dr.'s." I asked why it would take 2 months to get in as a new patient and was told that it would take awhile to "work out the bugs since they just moved and would take some time." You know what I did! Got another Dr.
