Dr. Pao was very nice on the first visit. I returned for my EMG and was upset about the diagnosis I was told I would be called. No one called after nearly 2 weeks. The nurse blamed the doctor and the doctor blamed the nurse. I still do not know the results of that test. The diagnosis was a surprise because I have had the same problems for nearly 36 months now with misdiagnoses, 5 MRIs, ultra sounds of my organs, 4 neurosurgeons, 2 primary care physicians, physical therapists, 4 Rheumatologists who didnt do their jobs and then she tells me it’s weakness. Well first of all I was in excellent shape when this started over the course of 36 months my body is now very weak and I have Neuromuscular Scoliosis. I finally got a call from the doctor which was very curt. The attitude and superiority rearing its ugly head. Good luck apparently I am supposed to know about this doctor ring around the rosie finally ending up at the Neurologist for a diagnosis but no care after that. Extremely disappointed but not surprised I could detect the attitude from the start. It’s ok though if you are a connoisseur patient then you get care. It’s a thoroughly screwed up system.
