Very knowledgeable and helpful doctor - kind and understanding staff. They also accommodate patients to provide you with an appointment promptly if you have something serious or of concern. Highly recommended physician.

I feel so well looked after at this office . Dr Coopersmith is easy to talk to , I have confidence in his knowledge and advice. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and are very punctual . The convenience of testing next door is also very convenient.

I feel always rushed at our appointments he will take no longer than 5 to 10 mins maximum. Not a very personal experience. Thank goodness for secretarys for being on top of the game. I travel so far to come see him and I always feel rushed. His truly biggest fault is making us feel like numbers and not patients with problems who need help.

Dr. is not helpful at all. Interested in running his laboratory, when you do testing at his lab it is all good. How can a dr. examine your file in less than 10 minutes if. Brushes off the patients, before you finished your sentence he already has his hand on the door brushing the patient off.

I've been blessed to have a doctor like Henry Coopersmith. First of all, both he and his staff, Debra and Mary, make me feel like family. I have dealt with various illnesses in my life time, thank God nothing overwhelmingly serious, but Dr. Coopersmith and his staff have always made time and room to see me in a prompt manner. I am honored and feel reassured that I can count on this team for any health issues. I have also referred many people , and they are thankful that I did.

DR. Coopersmith is an excellent doctor, he saved my life. He was able to distinguish that my physical ailments were due to mental issues. Love his staff, too. His new technician who runs the testing center next door is amazing and very skilled. He does run a bit late usually but when he is alone with you, you get his undivided attention. Be persistent if you have a complaint with him and he will go above and beyond to help you find a solution.

I told Dr. Coopersmith over two years ago that I was experiencing a lot of pain in my hips and legs (I am in my early 20s) and I was told by him that my pain was probably a result of my anxiety or possibly being caused by depression (I was not diagnosed with depression). I complained about this pain on multiple visits and my concerns were ignored by this doctor. I managed to find another doctor who sent me for an MRI and turns out I have a herniated disk in my lower back and stenosis of the spine. So much for anxiety and depression! I am relieved to find out what's wrong but I am incredibly disappointed that Dr. Coopersmith never took my complaints seriously. I wouldn't recommend this doctor to anyone.

Dr. Coopersmith has been my Dr. for over 15 years and I am blessed to have him as my GP. Very thorough and and waits to listen to all your questions. Debra has been wonderful and has ensured that I get any urgent appointment quickly and is always so pleasant and helpful. Mary is great as well and both Debra and Mary remember my name and are quick to help in whatever situation. I know of 3 other people seeing Dr. C and they are all pleased with him and his amazing staff.

I have been a patient of Dr. Coopersmith for over 20 years. He is a true professional . Very thorough, intelligent and compassionate. When you have a problem, he is there for you. His comment to his patients shows through to his staff. Mary & Debra are truly AMAZING! Having a brain injury myself, they have always been patient with me & gone the extra mile to help me get the medical help I need. They are true gems that you rarely find in this world. Dr. Coopersmith and his team make my wife & I feel so well cared for that our whole extended family is jealous of our care and want to migrate over to become patients of Dr Coopersmith. Everyone should be so lucky & blessed to have such a great doctor and wonderful ladies (Debra & Mary) in their lives!
