I found him rather impersonal and not engaged verbally in exolaining the issues I presented to him - seemed cold and not terribly interested in me as an actuaal person with a serious concern about my eyes. Seenms he preemptorally revoked my drivers' license withiout a moments' thought of any options. Now my life is literally ruined with my loss of independence . I do have one goof eye and happen to know others who drive with that notwithstanding the loss of their peripheral visionn in that eye! yet they are allowed to drive! fancy that! overall I wouold not recommend hin to anyone.. I live
20niles from Town and find fault with losing this virtual necessity. No matter which eye glasses I try since then I find difficulty in print mode and need to use a magnifying glass if you can imagine! No- I fear I would not give him a decent rating overall no matter what extra specialties he performs in the field of opthhalmology.

I saw Dr Boswall for several years for follow-up to vision correction laser corneal surgery done in BC. He is amazing. I have never been to a kinder, more compassionate, or more patient physician. He is also highly intelligent, thorough, and efficent. Absolutely wonderful doctor, I could not recommend him more highly.

On one occasion, staff failed to notify me that the machine needed for my examination was out for repair, and so allowed me to drive 20 miles and then sit in the waiting room for 45 minutes for nothing. .When the doctor is not around some staff behave as if the raison d'etre of the whole office is their jobs. These sorts of disregard for patients makes me wonder if there is enough attention to supervision from the top, and is why I rated the staff as poor, and punctuality as good. The doctor, and that's what counts. rates fives... very friendly, helpful, consults clearly and makes complete sense to me as far as I can understand ophthamology.

Dr Boswall completed my husband's cataract surgery and proved to be kind, caring and very respectful of the patient's challenges. I couldn't recommend him more highly to people who need to see an opthamologist.
