No matter how packed the waiting room, Dr. Trahan always takes the time to listen and never makes you feel like he's trying to rush you out the door. Even with this, the wait is never more than 5 or 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment. He's the best!

I have been a patient for about 25 years. Nurse Julie is wonderful, always helpful and caring, and the best blood-taker I've ever had. I have never waited more than 10 mins to see the doctor, and he has always taken his time to explain diagnosis, refer me when required, and even made a house call once on the weekend when a family member became extremely ill. He knows my condition, and has seen me after his last regular patient to help me, when he should have been going home. He is knowlegable and up-to-date. Thank you so much!!!

Dr Trahan has been treating me for a number of years. I find him to be caring and knowlegable. Julie is also great. They have always been there when I need them. Dr Trahan takes the time to explain whats wrong and what treatments are available. When I leave his office I feel that WE have made the best treatment choice.

I have been seeing Dr. Trahan for years, and would not even consider changing doctor. I now live in Ottawa and will drive to Russell to see him. He is an awesome doctor and a great person. He really cares, and this makes him very special. Julie is also amazing. She makes everyone feel like they are the most important people. Her enthusiasm and caring nature is to be admired. When I see Dr. Trahan I always look forward to seeing Julie also.

Dr.Trahan is always friendly, helpful and compasionate. Julie is absolutely wonderful as well, she is always happy to help and is also very caring and compasionate. I would certainly recommend this doctor and his staff to anyone. They are great with children, which to us is very important also.

I have not been Dr Trahan patient for about 10 years now due to change of location. However each visit to a new doctor just makes me more aware of what I lost when I moved . A wonderful caring Doctor.

Dr. Trahan has been my doctor for abour 18 years now. Over the years I have seen him for many times. He has always been very personable and caring. He takes the time to determine the proper diagnosis and does not rush to get you get out his office. He has always ensured that I understand exactly what the diagnosis is and how he has come to his conclusion. He also explains in plain language how to treat the condition and why he has chosen to prescribe meds (if needed) and how exactly to use them. I have had to go to a drop-in in Ottawa recently when the roads were too bad to get home to Russell and I was sick. The experience that I had there made me value Dr. Trahan more than ever.

I saw Dr. Trahan only once, when my own Doctor was away on holidays (they work together in the same office). He was quick, friendly and solve the problem at hand (ear) right away.He made me feel comfortable and at ease. Julie is great as well ~ always happy to help. I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend him to anyone.

Dr T. has been our family doctor for a very long time!!!!! We all feel as if he is trusted part of the family...kind, caring considerate and always willing to listen. He has helped my family tremendously during some tough times. We feel very fortunate to have him as our doctor.
