I was a new patient and first seen Dr. Edna Arteaga-Hernandez on 8/26/19 where she ordered several tests on me and she was pleasant at this visit but I did wait more than 2 hours and their lobby has very dimmed lighting and no air condition. I went back for follow up on 09/18/19 where we discussed my illness and came to the conclusion that I needed 2-3 days off a week thereafter she filled out my Family Medical Leave application for this. The following day I filed for State Disability for wage loss, I called their office gave the receipt # so the doctor could go on line and fill out her portion. I called back two weeks later because she still hadn't done so and the medical assistant stated she doesn't do it on line that she wanted a hard copy and never called me to inform me of this. I then got a hard copy and after six weeks and several calls later (which the receptionist kept stating she's almost done with it etc...) and a faxed letter! I finally go in insisting she speak to me and she wouldn't and in turn she called the police. The police found her very uncooperative and she would not sign the disability form! Also I requested on my first visit and second if she could refer me to a Rheumatologist as I have been in treatment with one since 2012 and she would not do that either stating she wanted to go over my test results (which I never got a visit or call on any results) therefore I never got the referral. My daughter needed a referral to an Obstetrician because she is pregnant so the doctor referred her to a place that’s not even in our group insurance and she still hasn't sent the referral to this day and my daughter is already 6 months!!! Dr. Raul Hernandez was yelling at me and asking me to leave that they would not do anything for us!

Worst clinic ever! Takes too long with patients, front desk service guy needs to learn how to work with public. Dr. Edna doesn't follow up orders when being discharge from a hospital.

Edna is a good doctor but her staff SUCK A$$!!!!! SHE TOOK CARE OF MY ERECTAL DISFUNCTION

SHe es wonderfull, always listen to her patients. I am very happy knowing that we have another succesfull hispanic person in this world, and most important, is that she is there for her community.

Excellent, caring doctor. Able to manage complex treatment issues other MD's lapsed on.
