Dr. Smith repaired a very difficult fracture of my femur in 2012. My therapists and family doctor were very impressed that I did not have pain after the initial surgery recovery period. I credit Dr. Smith for that result. Prior to the femur fracture Dr. Smith replaced both knees in two separate years. In those procedures I had no residual pain and no deficits in my ability to get around. Again, I credit and thank Dr. Smith, excellent surgeon that he is, for that result.

Dr.Smith has done 3 surgerys, 1finger 2 shoulders on me, all3 done with perfection, very kind man, his office staff are exceptional as well. I would recommend Dr. N.B.Smith to all. Can't go wrong with the best!

Run dont walk away from this office! I have never had an experiance in a medical office like this one! The office manager was the rudest, loudest, and most obnoxious person I have ever met. I never even saw the Dr. would not want to be a patient for an office like that!

I completely agree with other rater. The office manager (whom I believe is Dr. Smith's wife!) was obnoxious, loud, unhelpful, rude -- I would never go back to this office because of the abhorrent way she talked to me, to the doctor, and to people on the phone. The worst experience I have ever had with staff in a medical office.

THE OFFICE MANAGER IS A TERRIBLE B**CH!! SHE YELLS AT PATIENTS AND AT THE DOCTOR. I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE IT. I THINK HE SHOULD FIRE HER!!! I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO HIM JUST BECAUSE SHE WOULD BE THERE!!
