Spend 5 min with me and could not continue as he did not have a copy of my MRI, to review I had to reschedule. On my 2nd appointment I was told to reschedule since his computer was unable to open my MRI, my husband had to drive and pick up written copy from pro health imaging. Dr. Ouzounian was very rude and very unprofessional during both visits. My third visit he refer me Vogue Prosthetic for inserts which did not stop the pain in my ankle and foot and 2nd set of inserts had to be made which were made incorrectly for the second time and i decide at that point not to continue on with Dr Ouzounia.

I'm a single mom raising four children with disabilities so when I need medical help it needs to be timely, accurate, and financially reasonable. Dr. Ouzounian's office was all this and more! In pain, I left an "after hours" message and it was returned immediately when his office opened. The office staff (Gabby) fit me right into the schedule and even called my internist for me to request my insurance info when I arrived without my card. Melanie brought me right in for x-rays and she was caring and professional. The doctor spent time listening and reviewing my situation and explained his diagnosis clearly and professionally. His bedside manner was great and he was clear that I could contact him with any questions I may have before my follow-up visit. I am recovering well and so grateful to have had such a great experience. I highly recommend this doctor to anyone looking for high quality care in a positive environment.

Do not visit. Wants your money more than he wants to help you. I stopped returning after 2 "wasted" visits and was asked to come back a third time to get the second opinion I was looking for. After this, I was sent to collections for a clerical error which caused the insurance to reject the bill. When I asked the Doctor to correct the clerical error and resubmit, I was told they "don't want to do anymore work." Insulting. Don't waste your time or money.

When I went there there the first time he spent 5 mins with me and said he needed more information from the other doctors I had seen before.Charged me my co-pay for doing nothing. They called me to confirm my next appointment,I asked if he had gotten everything that he needed from the other doctors.I was told, yes he has everything. He came in and said I do not have the latest MRI's so I can't make a decision today, get me the MRI.I said I asked your staff if they had everything and was told that you had what you needed. His smart alack remark was,you should have talked to me not my staff. How would anyone know that. That says to me that his staff is incompetent. He then says I will see you in 2 weeks I am going on vacation. Again I was in the room with him for less then 5 minutes. As I left the incompetent office manager says I need your copay.I said no way, have him call me if that is a problem. I said I will bill him for my lost time at work and gas.I walked out never to go back again.
