Dr. Kim made me wait 1 hour & 15 minutes for my name to be called. Once inside, I waited 35 minutes to see him. After he ordered an MRI for my shoulder and tried to send me away, I asked for a cortisone shot. The pain was awful. He obliged but I waited 35 minutes for that! In all, I spent over 3 hours at the office. Ridiculous. The shot never worked. After being hospitalized for pneumonia, I rescheduled my MRI. In bad pain, I asked for something to help and he refused because I hadn't had an MRI yet. I explained that I'd just been released from the hospital but he refused. The receptionist said he was old-fashioned and didn't prescribe much. I asked for an appointment and was told nothing was open for 3 weeks. "What about my pain?" I asked. "Take an over the counter," the receptionist snarled. FYI, a new doctor finally fixed my pain with a real cortisone shot. Dr. Kim's wait time is awful, he lacks compassion, & receptionist was rude. Avoid this old-fashioned doctor.
