Dr Cowin has operated on my shoulder and on my husbands shoulder. We have never had a problem with anything he has done. He is an excellent Doctor and has a great personality. They don't come any better than him.

This man should not be practing medicaine. I broke my leg in three places two years ago, he could not fix it after two operations with him and he had to send me to a specialist in Orlando. He ruined my leg as i still limp badly and live with pain. The doctor in Orlando could do very little to help me but he tried and it did not work . Dr. Cowin made such a mess of my leg that no one could fix it. He has a son by the same name but I hear he is good. Do not ever go to the Sr. Dr. Cowin. The hospital is LRMC.
