Horrible! Micheal Reed's office forced me to pay for his antique X-ray machines Xrays before I enter and the office extorter said I could take my copies with me when I go. It was a lie. They would not let me have them and refused which is a violation of HIPAA laws. I will be filing a complaint with Federal HHS and the State of Florida. Furthermore this office is much worse than this. I came in for my appointment and they stuck me in the little room waiting for almost 2 hours before the so called doctor comes in. This is disgraceful how these so called doctors pack as many appointments in as they can and could care less about your time and honoring your appointments. What other industry takes off for lunch and leaves at 5 and you can't get care on the weekend. These so called doctors only care about money and that is all. They say call your doctor. You can't even reach your doctor. By the time you reach them it is way too late for anyone who needs help. I was very dissatisfied with his service. I waited 2 hours and he came in for 5 minutes and tried to make up time on my time. I had to pay him $65 dollars and my insurance. For what? He shrugged his head at my concerns and then he says do some exercises and he will print it out. Then as I am leaving he gives me a sheet that says go on the internet to look it up on my own. He wouldn't even print out anything. What about the people who don't have internet access? This healthcare system is a horrible disgrace and Michael Reed is exactly part of it. I regret going to him and now need to find another doctor because I got nothing out of his session and may have to be subjected to more X-rays. I recommend to all to Avoid this shoddy business!

The minute I met Dr Reed, I knew he was someone I could trust. I told him I had just moved here and was a little afraid of finding new doctors. He gave me his phone number and told he to call if I needed anything. Little did I know, that a couple of months later I would be needing his services myself after a knee injury! He is amazing as a physician! His affect is so warm that it puts you right at ease. He takes time with you and explains everything. I can see now why he has such a strong following. Thankfully, I don't need any surgical intervention - but if I did I can't imagine having it with anyone else. Having been a nurse myself, I can really appreciate his bedside manner. He really is one of a kind. Thank you Dr. Reed for your dedication to the medical profession!

It is so very hard to trusst a Doctor that gets busted with that much cocaine. I think his punctuality was ok because he was to high running to patients that is was quick in, quick out. Nice to know all my co pays went towards him sitting around his home doing illigal drugs, what happened to that oath you took Doc?

An excellent surgeon. He is very knowledgeable, compassionate, and will take the time to answer any questions you might have. I would highley recommend him to anyone in need of orthopedic care.
