Dr. Bell has been my family's GP for the past 20 plus years and I can't say enough good things about him. He's kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We feel extremely fortunate to have him as our doctor. His team is amazing as well and always friendly and welcoming.

Dr. Bell has been my doctor for 19 years.. he’s so knowledgeable and as soon as I explain what’s going on he knows what it is and provides me with all of the information I need and he fixes the issue every time!! My whole family uses him and he’s never let us down. He’s the best doctor I’ve ever seen, the clinic doctors let me down every time and I dread going in there. 10/10 would recommend dr. Bell to anyone

I will start by saying Dr Bell has provided OK care for many years and I'm sad to report the recent problems.
I had gone in for a separate regular check up visit and during that appointment a concern was found. This concern was handled to (what I thought) was the best of our ability at the time. I later developed more serious infection symptoms and ended up treated in an urgent care who told me to stop the treatment Dr Bell had me using and prescribed proper antibiotics after proper testing. All was well until my symptoms started coming back. I made a phone appointment with Dr Bell and never got a phone call or voice mail nor have been able to get a hold of anyone in office (maybe they were very busy the week?) so was left to my own resources and things got worse. I ended up in urgent care again and most recently the hospital with debilitating pain to find out I have a potentially serious condition because of bacteria that has been building this whole time. Dr Bell should have done all the tests when I was there and the original issue was found, this could have been avoided. I'm at risk to not be able to have kids at this point, in a lot of pain, and can hardly function in my day to day properly due to fatigue/pain. I am following for it all with broken trust in my Dr who failed me and praying I finally got the treatment I needed.

Dr. Brad Bell is the best doctor my wife and I have ever had. He has been our doctor for 11 years now and we love him. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional and has a great bedside manner. I cannot say enough about how grateful we are to have him as our doctor.
