Dr. Kornack replaced my left hip in '09 and my right hip in '13. I found he and his staff were really outstanding all the way around.

I have had a terrible experience with both the staff and outcome of my surgery and follow up. I have had to go to another surgeon but am unable to have my MRI pictures sent to my new doctor.
