Staff is super nice when your making first appointment. When given my insurance info I was told that they took my plan. Three days before appointment the financial department called to tell me they were not in my network. Very misleading. They were quite nasty when I cancelled the appointment.

Very unprofessional don’t waste your time I saw this doctor for an elbow injury and the injury there one written policy so to speak is number one x-ray which they refuse to make an educated guess and they all know that they can but they don’t they know they wanna get you in for an MRI and even a CAT scan on most of the time you don’t even need it it’s a tremendous money maker for these doctors especially this doctor to send people for unnecessary tests and for somebody that’s overweight who can’t take an MRI refuses refuses to make an educated guess with a simple x-ray office staff is unorganized This doctor is money hungry as an experience PA training doctors working for him for weeks back-and-forth on the phone to get a simple diagnosis to which today I still do not have do yourself a favor find somebody else and if you have seen this doctor please please get a second opinion

I would echo others complaints. Long wait time, dismissive staff, and the doctor sees you for 2 mins and then leaves like he’s just punched your ticket. I’m not sure why people think this Orthopedic group is all that. Mediocre at best.

I went to this office following an auto accident. I had muscle spasms in my neck that would just make my days drag. After my exam, an MRI was ordered to rule out and disc issues. When it came back that it was all muscular spasms, injections and physical therapy were my solution. I have my life back !

It has been one year since my bi-lateral knee replacements. Choosing Dr. Kayal’s Orthopedic center is the right choice. The centers are run like well-oiled machines, the staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. My right choice because of Dr. Kayal’s expertise in his field, starting from his prescribing pre-op therapy to his uncovering my metal allergy and his using ceramic and not metal prosthesis which prevented a potential disaster for me.
His timeline for bi-lateral surgery is brilliant. So pleased with the entire experience from the beginning to end. I love my new knees! With full confidence in Dr. Kayal and his staff, I highly recommend Kayal Orthopedic center.
