Recently I had surgery on my left hand. The process from initial visit with Dr. Facibene, to the post-surgery visit went smoothly and timely. Dr. Facibene is highly competent, relates well to his patients, and takes the time to address your concerns/answer all of your questions.
The office staff is accommodating and professional, too!

I've been to his office twice in the past 8 months and both times I was treated in a very courteous and professional manner. The negative reviewers probably have hidden motives because they are way off- base with reality. I will recommend Dr. Facibene and his staff in a New York minute!

I do not understand the negative comments about his staff. My experience was nothing but great. Staff was cheerful and helpful. The Doctor was very engaging , funny and very thorough. Wait was a bit long but I never felt rushed when with the Dr.

Dr. Facibene and his staff were absolutely incredible. I broke my wrist, went into their office and had my surgery expedited and scheduled the next day. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist throughout the process.

I came to see Dr. Facibene for an emergency visit...Wow...very impressed...From "hello" the office and the doctor treated me like gold..Dr. Facibene walked me through a difficult decision and thank God I found him.. As far as the staff they are welcoming and extremely caring...He is worth waiting for...thank you for everything!!!!!

Been there several times and have encountered the most sincere and caring staff. Dr Facibene spends a lot of time with you and does a thorough examination. For the nasty people who come in and abuse his staff...I have watched this several times In the waiting area Refusing to fill out their paperwork and pay their insurance responsibilities....you don't deserve his expertise.

Staff is are not helpful or respectful to a patient in need of help. Please allow the people (they have their own brains) to figure out that the only people that feel a sense of entitlement are the Staff in that office. Comments = experiences shared

It was a waste of time and his staff needs serious psychiatric treatment. He never finished examining me or answering my questions and moved onto the next patient after I had waited for over an hour to see him.

Visited the office 3 times. All 3 times, I had a 2 hour wait with an appointment! Dr. Facibene and his staff are very rude and don't care about anyone. Then I went the third time and again another 2 hour wait and he only saw me for 2 minutes. He had no mercy and no compassion for me with all the pain I was in. The doctor and his staff are a bunch of jerks. Then his secretary called me today and I told her how unhappy I was with him and she argued with me and told me that she is discharging me from the practice. Big deal, like he is the only orthopedist doctor in Long Island! She was just as rude as the doctor. If I could give zero stars, I would. The doctor doesn't want to spend anytime with you. He and his staff made me feel like I was interrupting him with MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT and ruining his day. I left sicker from the office than when I came in. How sad, this is what doctors have turned into.

Visited the office about 5 times. First time was an emergency visit and of course there was a wait, but that was understandable and acceptable. However, each subsequent visit I arrived early but had to wait over 2 hours. Dr. Facibene is an excellent physician, and I totally understand that for a doctor to be fully thorough, it takes time. So the waits have been fine with me. However, if I have to wait for the doctor, the least the staff can do is be forgiving if on the 6th visit I run late. Beyond that, the staff is exceptionally rude on the phone. Aside from calling to schedule an appointment, the 2 times I have called the office, the staff has refused to allow me to talk to the doctor, let alone leave a message for him. The staff each time resorted to mocking and ridiculing me. I am not a physician and so questions I ask may be "stupid", but that is no reason to talk down to me and literally yell at me. I have always been under the impression that there are no stupid questions. With this staff though, that is apparently not the case. Each time I have had to apologize to them when they have questioned my parenting because THEY cannot accommodate my schedule, or when I offer to buy them coffee while I have been waiting for over 2 hours so needed some for myself because they automatically assume I was going to leave my son there alone. Again Dr. Facibene is great, but his staff is horrendous. Because of this, with both my son and myself being in the middle of treatments by the doctor, I am forced to find someone else to continue care. Save yourself the trouble and either meet/call the doctor directly (which is virtually impossible) or stay clear and go to another doctor. The doctor gets 5 stars but because I would give his staff negative stars, I'm forced to give a 1 star rating.
