Not family-friendly, rude, didnt let me ask questions about my daughter's finger, in&out literally in 5 minutes-horrible, this guy's a jerk to kids

Friendly, explained all regarding injury and treatment. Did loose insurance information a year into treatment, but was great to get it all corrected.
