needs to be more considerate for patients and be more friendly - Smooth Rock Falls is a small community and he need to act accordingly - we are not in Quebec City !!!!

I find Dr. Genest very cold and does not take time to get to know his patients. Even though he is not our regular Dr. you would think he would take the time to get know his patient. I find he has no bedside manners at all. Wish our old Dr. was still here
