He is an absolute horror! Narcissistic all the way. I asked him a simple question about my daughter and his response was “you are not listening “ so I patiently let him finish then I said “I will pose this question to you again “ I then proceeded to ask him which he then apologized and said “oh I misunderstood you “ I told him I don’t know how cause it’s the exact question I asked in the first place. He misdiagnosed her which led us to the hospital and double pneumonia at 6 years old. He is an unfriendly guy so stay far away! No bedside manners, doesn’t listen, presumes all his patients are idiots! Never ever again!

If i can give him a negative star review i would. Dr.Lanoix has been my doctor for over 15 years and I must say that he os the worst doctor that I have ever been with. He dismisses my sympotoms, makes you feel like an absolute idiot and is never there to listen to youre problems. Every time i'm in the clinic he always seems annoyed and uninterested in what you have to say. He also makes me feel very uncomfortable.

Been with Dr Lanoix for years. He kicked out my wife and children because we needed referrals to specialists, and he said it would cost him money. My wife has a cystic lung disease, and kids have severe allergies, and immune system issues. He always (ALWAYS) loses test results: lost culture results when I had MRSA, lost an MRI result a few years back, and never listens. I always have to repeat any chronic issues, and it is immediately dismissed. He makes you feel like you are wasting his time, but will gladly spend time talking about his ski trips. He does not seem to keep up to date with general medical advancements, diagnoses based on what he learned in the 80s. He also judges based on appearance. I once asked for a second opinion for my daughter, they told me that wasn't allowed, when I insisted, the second doctor only came into the room and read what Lanoix wrote, never even looked at her. Whenever I need to go to see a doctor, I aim to book an appointment when he is not there. Dr Thomas is the best.
I should re-iterate that Dr Lanoix has plainly told me he is financially incentivized to deny treatments needed with other doctors/specialists, as often there is a cost of that visit incurred on the clinic. I got denied referral for varicose veins because of this.
I have never asked for or needed pain medication for the last 9 years at this clinic, but if I don't shave or dress up, he clearly believes this is what I am there for. I am mid 30s, work 50-60 hour weeks managing large scale projects for government sites, and work from home if ill.
I really don't trust his diagnoses for anything more serious than a cold or sore back.

Went to see this doctor on an emergency basis..absolutely not happy with my visit..Tried explaining how I have been feeling lately and found him rude, not taking the time to let me fully explain how I have been feeling..had my try to hyperventilate in his office to come to his own conclusion of what he assumed was wrong with me..Also told me that he was not my family doctor and was not there to address all my problems..I never comment about anyone online but as far as this visit goes..why is he a doctor?..no values, or listening skills towards his patients..A complete waste of my time to have made this appointment..Never have I felt this insulted to go to a doctor..Definitely do not recommend this doctor

Dr Lanoix saved the life of me and my son 28 years ago. I was pregnant and got some serious complication, ended up at the hospital for an ultrasound, even if a problem was showing on it, the expert doctor sent me home. On the same day doctor Lanoix saw me, he made some phone calls and told my now ex-husband to drive safely to the hospital that they wanted to keep me overnight for observation, little white lie. When we got to the hospital, a team was getting me ready for an emergency c-section, I was 35 weeks pregnant. Dr Lanoix was in the operation room also. My son was born that day. If it wasn't for Dr Lanoix, my son and I would have died that night, it was that serious. That was 28 years ago, he was a young doctor. Doctors carry a lot on their shoulders, you do not know what they went through with their previous patients, so if they are not always cheerful try walking in their shoes for a day. Remember they are just humans.

He is not a very nice doctor. I told him I have a lump in my breast. He asked me if it hurt. I said no. He said then its not cancer. Who says that??? So I knew he was not really a doctor for me. He is also very rude. I would not put one star but I have no choice.

I'll start with this, Dr. Lanoix will not hold your hand and baby you. He is very straight forward and gets to the point. He has been my doctor for 15 years and I wouldn't go elsewhere. He provides me with great advice, will diagnose me properly, and provide m with the right treatment. As someone said below, no BS and gets sh*t done and for that I like him. Great Doctor (and the clinic is also very nice so that helps too)!
