I had breast augmentation done by Dr. Nichter in April 2012. Dr. Nichter and his staff did an amazing job explaining and helping me through the process. I had saline implants inserted through the belly button (TUBA). I am very happy with my results. I have no scars and had minimal pain during the recovery. Great doctor and facility and would recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Nichter (Huntington Beach, CA) performed a Lite Lift on me a year ago. The results were amazing with no visible scars. I am 70 and do not look it. Recently, I had lunch with my former boss who I hadn't seen in ten years. He could not get over how great I looked...Kept looking at me and shaking his head in amazement. Then he said "...well, you're Italian you must have olive oil in your skin" We both laughed but he will never know my secret. I write this to encourage others to have the Lite Lift.....

Dr. Nichter and Pamela, his medical esthetician, are my heroes! After a Lite-Lift, liposuction on my neck, anspd an Omagi Blue Peel, my face and neck look amazing. The entire staff iis highly professional and caring. Follow up was thorough. Discomfort was minimal. I highly recommend Dr. Nichter!

Best experience ever! Breast Augmentation Feb 2012...I was so impressed from the consultation to all the post-op appointments afterwards. Dr. Nichter answered all my questions pre/post op and I feel he really listened to how I wanted to look. My results are amazing, the healing process was a piece of cake and I only wish I had done this years ago. Everyone I have spoken to over the phone and in person at Pacific Center for Plastic Surgery has been so helpful, I never once felt rushed or that my time was not important and I never had to wait more than a few minutes and even then, sometimes I had just enough time to put the robe on before I was seen. I was referred by a friend and since then I know others who have also had procedures performed by Dr. Nichter all with fabulous results.

Soy una mujer de 64 años y fui al Dr. Nichter para una cirujia facial llamado "lite lift" y para un upper & lower blepharoplasty y tempo lift. Este procedimiento es mejor porque hay pocas inciciones, menos inchasones y moretones. La recuperacion es rapida y las suturas se disuelven solas. Estoy muy contenta con los resultados. Me opere el 21 de Octubre y para la navidad ya podia enseñar mi cara. Me dieron muchos elojios, aun las personas que no sabian de mi operacion. Gracias doctor por hacer un buen trabajo y quitarmen 10 años de encima.

After taking a year to decide, I had the lite lift in February. I am very pleased with the results, it is exactly what was promised and very natural looking. Dr. Nichter was very thorough in explaining everything as was the staff. Follow-up visits are helpful-I only wish I hadn't waited so long.

Dr. N is absolutely amazing and def. did my surgery exactly to how I was wanting (breast augmentation). They are perfect size & so natural, which was HUGE for me. My main concern w having the surgery was my scaring tendancies (I have previous bad scaring resulting in keloids). Dr. N was the only Dr. that gve me the option of going through an old scar, it is on my upper adomin below my breast but right in the middle. Not only did he go through the old scar (which didn't give me any new scars on my body), he did a scar revision as well. It was perfect! I am 2.5 months past my surgery & i couldn't be happier! My boobs look amazing & my scar is a million times better than before. If you're looking for an amazing Dr. w amazing staff that you can def. rely on giving you exactly what you want, Dr. Nichter is the Dr to go to.

I definitely recommend Dr. Nichter. His credentials are impressive, and he and his staff are highly knowledgeable, professional and caring. I had a lite-lift along with other procedures and am thrilled with the results. At the same time, I had a blue peel with Pamela Lee, the medical aesthetician in his office, and she was exceptionally supportive during my recovery.

Upon the suggestion of my family doctor I made an appointment to see Dr. Nichter for a breast reduction precedure. Being a male, I wanted my form to be more "male like" and was bothered by the slight odd look of my chest. I have to say my personal doctor gave me such good advice because I have never been happier than now. Everything about this procedure was right. The visits were discreet and Dr. Nichter was superb. He and staff made me feel so at home and comfortable. Everything about my experience was the best...the appointments, before and followup appointments were always helpful and timely. Dr. Nichter promised I would like the results and he was so right! You will NOT be dissatisfied with your choice of seeing Dr. Nichter, a GREAT doctor.

In preparation for my breast implants, I went to a total of 7 consultations all around the Huntington Beach to Fountain Valley; CA. area. I also did extensive research on their credentials and went through their profiles before booking for an appointment. Dr. Nichter was the 3rd surgeon I consulted with, and I chose to come back with him because of his extensive knowledge. He made me feel comfortable and educated me on the procedure, and what I was going to expect. On Christmas day, a week after my procedure, I had an allergic reaction due to my diet and stress. I was covered in hives and was feeling horrible. Even though Dr. Nichter was on his vacation, he came in an hour after receiving my distressed voice message. He sat down with me and took his time to narrow down the problem and prescribed me the right medications. As I was driving home, his partner Dr. Horowitz also called me from his personal cell phone asking if anyone had gotten back to me. I am very pleased with my experience!
