Dr. Marc Mani completely botched my nose. Worst decision of my life. I was 19 at the time. He caused me issues I did not have naturally. Before the surgery, my breathing was good - the only issue was a wide bridge. He made my nose worse. He CAUSED me a deviated septum that I never had before - my nose swooped to the right. He CAUSED me a bump in the bridge of my nose, which caused my nose to look humpy and LARGER than before surgery. He CAUSED me an extremely pointy tip that looked abnormal and caused nasal projection - both my front and side profiles were worse than before surgery. He CAUSED me breathing issues - I had very large lumps of cartilage inside my nostrils and which obstructed my breathing. When I reached out, he was rude, dismissive, and stopped replying to my emails. After two revision surgeries with another surgeon to fix the issues Marc Mani caused me and tens of thousands of dollars, I am finally feeling OK. Do not do surgery with Marc Mani. Horrible.

Dr. Mani performed my breast augmentation in June 1018. Because of his exquisite skills and impeccable care for details, they still look amazing 4+ years later. He gave me exactly what I wanted and didn't pressure me into a certain type of implant. I would have zero hesitation going to him again!

I went to Dr Mani to have 17 year old saline implants removed and replaced with silicone. He told me this was a very simple procedure. I had never had any issues or complications with saline. Unbeknownst to me, Dr Mani decided to implant anatomical implants which required significant surgery to close up my perfectly round pockets so that the implants don’t spin. I was in so much pain the night of surgery I called mani. I couldn’t move and had sharp shooting pain in my right breast. He assured me all was ok and loosened some of my bandages and told me to come back in 3 days later. Turns out that pain was a hematoma which he fixed. Then the other side immediately contracted. He tried to convince me this was ok ‘breast’s are sisters not twins’ he said. My breasts looked ridiculous. He went in to fix him and boy was that a mistake. He deformed that breast for life. He lowered my fold to account for the contracture and so my breasts again were uneven and it eventually bottomed out. Kind you I had gorgeous breasts and natural fold going into mani. Eventually had massive reconstructive surgery to fix.,.. they found both implants had flipped. He introduced such risk so he could use his anatomical implants he’s always promoting on his social media. I didn’t even want them. He doesn’t seem to care he introduces this risk or care about the outcome... sorely disappointed in him. Please avoid for breast surgery!

I did my rhinoplasty with this doctor and I had such terrible results that I needed to do a revision surgery. He deformed my nose, the surgery was absolutely terrible. He gave me a hump in my nose that I did not have prior to surgery, extreme deviation that makes my nose turn to the left, cartilidge hanging from my nostrils, and asymmetrical nostrils. When I emailed him about my concerns, he never replied. Absolutely terrible results and experience. Do NOT do surgery with this doctor.

If you want a plastic surgeon who genuinely cares about his patients, is honest, and is an artist in his field... then Dr. Mani is for you. I trust him implicitely, so much so that I brought my daughter to him when she needed a rhinoplasty 5 years ago... and she wouldn't consider another doc after her beautiful nose was broken, and she had to undergo a 2nd one two years ago. He's also a 3 generation "star" in my family, having done mine, my mothers, and my daughters various surgeries over the years. The results are so natural, no one knows that you've had anything done, just that you look younger and very refreshed! I also refer friends (and strangers) becasue I trust his skills, artistry, and genuine caring manner.

Dr. Mani has many assets to his credit and too many to list. But let me give you a few: An educated, well informed, up to date viewpoint; an artistic and creative eye; a gentle approach using the latest innovative tools to eliminate your discomfort and downtime; a sweet disposition and caring bedside manner. Need I say more. I am very satisfied with my results and overall, it was an experience I would repeat and recommend to anyone.

I LOVE this dr! He fixed my breast implant pocket done from another surgeon that i was told from a few other surgeons that it couldn't be fixed n guaranteed. Well..... He did perfectly! I've had a few procedures done by Dr Mani over the past 6 years n I look completely natural n my best which is important as a model.

Dr. Mani left me with such ugly implants that I feel shy in front of my husband. If you do a quick google search you can find an explanation of something called "double bubble." the short story is that if the implant is not properly installed you can have a dent in the breast. I know that's really hard to visualize. That's why you should see some photos. The bottom line is that it looks like my old breast is sitting on a new large breast. There is not a smooth transition. He strung me along by saying it would resolve within six months. It never got any better. At the end of six months he changed his tone and told me that a good result is when the breast looks good with your arms straight at your side and my problem was mostly when I raise my arms!! He offered to remove the implants or try to repair them but I would need to pay for the operating suite at a cost of $2,500. I contacted an attorney and found out it would cost more than to just have another doctor fix the mess!!!
