Receptionist, Claudia and Rodka, were very professional and knowledgeable. Yet a couple of the MAs were extremely unknowledgeable and I felt this could have been detrimental to my recovery process. Visit on 9/19 with an MA quite possibly made a medical error which may result in emergency care and/or an outpatient proceedure. I felt Dr. Spenler was competent with the surgery he performed, yet he has very brusque bedside manner. I was uncomfortable each time he had to touch me.
