My experience with Dr. Ellen Mahony was (and still is) phenomenal. She was the only doctor that had information on her site regarding the update of a breast augmentation (Breast Reconstruction Revision). I already had implants that were 12 years old (34DD) and after two children and three continuous years of nursing both, I desperately needed to update/have work done and I could find nothing on the subject until my searches finally led me to her. I updated them to about a 34B/C and I couldn't be happier with my choice because, as a 35 year old woman, my breasts look and feel like they are 25 again and so do I! The office is clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The staff is excellent and always made me feel welcome at my appointments. They were always there to answer my questions, whether in person, email, or phone. I would definitely recommend Dr. Mahony to friends and already have! I know a few women my age that already have implants and are looking for similar surgeries. I will definitely come back to Dr. Mahony for another service in the future.

I spent 6 years looking for the perfect surgeon for my breast reduction/lift, and Dr. Mahony was the first female surgeon I met with. I felt comfortable as soon as I walked into the office, and instantly knew Dr. Mahony was my top pick when she took the time to draw on my breasts and show me exactly what she was going to do, and how they would look. Because I was commuting from Boston, they made every effort to accommodate my schedule. All of my questions leading up to surgery were answered, and I felt totally at ease throughout the whole process. Now 2ish months post op, I couldn't be happier! I am so glad I put my trust in Dr. Mahony, she did a phenomenal job. I wish I found her years ago! Big thanks to her and everyone at her office.

I went to the office of Dr. Mahony three months ago for botox and I am thrilled with my results. My experience from beginning to end was amazing. When I went for a consultation, Ellen and Stephanie were thoughtful and respectful. They carefully explained my options, what the best course would be, what I could expect, the costs, and the downtime.

When I arrived for the surgery, Ellen was so focused and professional, I knew I was in good hands.

The results__ I looked 10 years younger. Seriously. But I still look natural which was very important to me. I don't know why I waited so long to do this. I feel great about the way I look again. It's a gift.

Finding the right plastic surgeon can be a difficult task. You do your research, have a consultation and then you must make a decision. After my consultation with Dr. Mahoney my decision was easy. She is so gentle and caring. She really listens to your concerns and provides honest feedback. I went in for my eyes and neck. She was very clear on what could and could not be corrected. Once the decision was made everything went smoothly. By the second visit the staff recognized me and greeted me like I’ve been going there for years. I live 90 minutes away from the office and her staff were so accommodating with appointment scheduling. On the day of the surgery Dr. Mahoney made me feel relaxed and secure being in her hands. I am now just 2 weeks post op and I can say I am amazed at the results! I realize I have more healing to do but I already see a dramatic difference. The suture lines were so finely stitched they are already starting to fade. During my 3 post op visits I felt like Dr. Mahoney really cared about me and how I was doing. I absolutely made the right decision having Dr. Mahoney do my surgery!

I am extremely pleased that I chose to have my procedure performed by Dr. Mahony. In addition to being a highly-skilled surgeon, she also brings an entirely different understanding of how a woman's concerns about her body can impact overall well-being, compared to male physicians I have consulted with. Working with her, and her staff, is worth traveling for.
