Awful hard to replace a doctor like him .I can be a cranky old fart and he just rolls with my questions even when way off topic.. has always done his best ..great guy

Dr. Kinnear has been our family doctor since he came to Portage la Prairie. There is nobody like him. He is the most caring, real doctor you will ever find. If he isn't sure about what your issues are, he sends you to someone that will be able to help you out. He is thorough every single visit and never rushes you out of the room! He is the best!

I’ve had a few encounters with this doctor at the same day clinic. He is excellent and very knowledgable. He didn’t jump to a diagnosis before testing was done. (I’ve had doctors send me away a few times where something was wrong) He listened to me and took my complaints (issues) seriously. (It’s hard to find a dr that will order testing right away instead of waiting for you to come back if the problem doesn’t get better.) Very professional and Helpful.

This doctor can t seem to figure out an inverted hernia and can t seem to listen to patients suggestions and doesn t seem to really know what hes doing pills are not always the answer idiot

He has been my family Doctor since before I was married and has continued to be my family's Doctor . He is attentive and very knowledgable in practice ! He has always given us excellent care and showed my family & my self that we are in very caring capable hands when we need his services . He will always be my family's Doctor until he retires . Thank You Dr. Kinnear for being a very upstanding Doctor !!!

When I got married went to Dr Kinnear and requested family Dr; request granted immediately because my husband was his patient. Also my mother in law passed and two years later Dr Kinnear actually asked me how my husband has been feeling since loss of his mother. Very caring, patient and understanding and will do whatever needed to assist you in your needs. Will never change Dr's until he retires.

Dr Kinnear has been my family gp for 20 years. We moved to Winnipeg over 5 years ago and still go to see him. We all love him. He is a very kind and caring doctor ,who takes his time with us when we come to see him. He never guesses, if he is unsure of what something is, he doesn't hesitate to refer to another Doctor who may specialize in what you are having problems with. He will be our doctor until he retires.
