I made an appointment for a face lift and had to cancel because my father suffered a massive stoke and his death was imminent. I called Dr Lois's office and faxed the information to him so that it could be verified and I had all intentions of resceduling after all was settled with my family. I was told I lost my deposit. After complaining they back tracked and told me I could rescedule and they would deduct the $500. Too little too late they were uncaring and very rude when I was going through a very difficult time. I canceled in more than enough time for them to rescedule other patients. Poor customer service!!
