I was pleased with every step of the process regarding my procedure. Dr. Mac, all the staff and other doctors and nurses were very professional, courteous, and made sure I was comfortable with everything going on during the procedure and afterwards with my recovery and follow up visits.

Dr. Maack is a stellar physician. He listens to concerns and answers all questions thoroughly. With the broken nose and septum repair he did, I had no pain whatsoever. Now that the nose is repaired, I am breathing better than I ever did. I could not have found better care anywhere, and I am exceedingly pleased with all that he is and all that he did. The office staff is terrific too. Everyone was highly professional and treated me with kindness and compassion. They, too, are eager to answer all questions and help in any way they can. Top notch!

Dr. Maack is not only extremely talented, he and his staff are very caring and welcoming. They met my exact needs and expectations. I wanted a natural, yet more refined nose. Making sure I always understood the plan, they took my vision and exceeded it. I can not think of anything that would have made my experience more enjoyable.

The office staff was helpful, informative, patient and accommodating before, during and in all post op visits. The results were as described and the proper expectations were set. I appreciated, Dr. Maack's explanation prior to any procedure, he educated and answered any and all questions. The day after surgery, my wife had questions about my recovery and some particular swelling. Dr. Maack, requested we meet him at the office to examine the issue which resulted in no required action and was normal. It was 630 in the evening. When he states call him, he means it and will show up.
