It has taken nearly four years for me to write this review. I wanted to wait until I was in a better place. Basically, I paid Dr. DeLozier $7k to do the exact opposite of what we discussed in our consultations, and on top of that, made it to where I could not breath out of my right nostril.

In our initial consult, I provided a wish image. I used Photoshop & was very, very conservative with my adjustments (example image provided). I was specific. I wanted a rhinoplasty with turbinate reduction & the width of my nose reduced. One of the things I said to him in the two consultations we had was this: "I don't mind the hook on (the bridge) of my nose, I am more concerned with the width & length of the tip." THAT is when he should have told me that it was not in his skill set because he ONLY performs closed rhinoplasties. There is a huge difference between a closed & open rhinoplasty. At the time, I did not know the difference. He came so highly recommended that I simply trusted him. I have since read many reviews & what he did to me is common. He should have taken one look at my nose and told me that what I wanted was NOT something that could be achieved in a closed rhinoplasty. He could have referred me to another surgeon. But he assured me it was a straightforward & easy fix.

In the end, he did nothing but attempt to reduce the hook on the bridge of my nose, the one thing I cared the least about. In doing so, he made the upper bridge of my nose thinner, which made the width & tip appear even more bulbous than before. My old hooked nose was replaced with a new, less attractive hooked nose. I can honestly say my nose looked better before.

What's more, shortly after surgery the inside of my right nostril caved in & I was unable to breath properly. Apparently I am not the only one that he did this to. As other comments I've read have stated, he will refer you to his ENT "buddy" & that is all. There is no recourse & I lived this way until 2020 when I was finally able to afford to fix his work.

In the end, I felt like I was simply a dollar sign. I won't even touch on how hard it was for me to save up for this surgery or how excited I was to finally be able to get it. I won't touch on how this experience sent me into depression. He will have negative reviews deleted, but until he retires I will not stop posting my review or telling people to avoid him. He may be great at breast augmentations, but DO NOT let him perform surgery on your face.

Dr. Delozier has done work on my son for cleft lip and palate 23 years ago. He was always caring and genuine in his concern as my son grew and would have other facial surgeries. My son has grown into a very handsome young man, most people dont even know he has ever had surgery. I knew if I ever had any "work done" I wanted Dr. Delozier to do it. So ...I'm not like my son about surgery , especially because mine was elective surgery...I am a weenie myself, and did visit with Dr. Delozier for multiple consultations over a 2 year period about my own concerns about surgery for me, he has been the MOST patient and understanding physician and has never rushed me, I talked with my son about my visits with Dr. Delozier and finally decided to just do it. Now, here I am...I am still in the healing phase of my procedures...but I have no doubt about achieving my final desired results...in about 6 weeks, so far- so good, Im only 1 week post op and not even on pain medicine anymore. This is truly great place to consider for any plastic or cosmetic surgery , with caring staff, and Dr. Delozier is realistic about what he can do for his patients, optimistic, knowledgeable, has decades of experience and uses state of the art modern equipment, also a very good natured person and wonderful brilliant surgeon. Plus the on-site surgery center and surgical staff is so convenient and makes it so much more pleasant than going to a hospital.

Dr. Delozier has performed 6 significant procedures on me over the past 9 years, the most recent being this month. He has performed tummy tuck, breast lift with implants, lower lid lift, rhinoplasty and neck lift (twice - nine years apart). I am a female, currently 62 years old. He is an extremely skilled surgeon but beyond that, he very much cares about what is he does and , in my estimation, puts the patient's best interest first. He has been extremely patient about answering my questions, going out of his way to make me feel comfortable before proceeding. It takes me a long time to develop confidence in a doctor but I felt very comfortable with Dr. Delozier from my first consult nine years ago and have never been disappointed. With my most recent procedure, I had very little bruising or evidence of trauma from the surgery and returned to work after 5 days (no make-up and in a private office ). I highly recommend Dr. Delozier. I can't imagine going to anyone else.

My Brother From Another Mother. After beating breast cancer in 2001, Dr D has been and still is the smartest, warmest, & most compassionate doctor/person and to this present moment I trust his judgement and I trust him with my life. He gave me back everything I lost. He gave me back my femininity. I travel 8 hours across 2 states to see him because other drs don’t compare. There is no other dr for me. I would recommend Dr D to anyone.

Dr. Delozier is an amazing doctor. The nurses and staff are very friendly and courteous. I can't thank Dr. Delozier enough for what he did for me! What a difference! He is also a man if great integrity and sensitivity. I will be recommending him to everyone I know.

Kudos to Dr. DeLozier and his staff for an all-around terrific experience! I could not be more pleased, from the consultation to the surgery follow-up appointment. Dr. DeLozier has a bedside manner that is above and beyond what I would expect, and his entire staff is friendly, professional, and personable. Concerning the surgery, I am 100 percent pleased... I couldn't have asked for a better experience or outcome! I highly recommend Dr. DeLozier! He has helped this "soccer mom" gain confidence in my appearance!

Being in the care of Dr Delozier and his staff has been a blessing and a very bright light in the midst of a dark spot of dealing with a breast cancer diagnosis. From the moment I met with Dr. Delozier and heard the question, "What do you want?" to the appointment following my last procedure and hearing "It is good to see that smile", I have felt very well cared for by Dr. Delozier and everyone in his office.
