Très déçue du traitement au « Levulan » pour traiter les kératoses actiniques . Dr Tremblay m’a présenté ce traitement comme étant très efficace pour éliminer les kératoses qui ne sont pas visibles et ainsi avoir la paix d’esprit . Coût 1400$ , très invasif et douloureux pour une semaine . Résultat une autre kératose 8 mois plus tard …. Pour revoir Dr Tremblay il fallait payer pour une consultation de 250$ . On ne m’a jamais parlé de rendez-vous de suivi nécessaire . Vu un dermatologue qui m’a proposé une crème remboursé par les assurances à appliquer pendant 3 semaines . Ce dernier m’a indiqué que les kératoses reviennent . Je ne recommande nullement le traitement au Levulan et si vous consulter Dr Tremblay poser des questions très précises sur l’efficacité et aussi sur la douleur et les inconvénients du traitement : c’est un médecin sans doute très compétent mais aussi un excellent vendeur ….Très peu d’assurances privées remboursent le traitement .

J'ai vu ce médecin pour des injections et discuter d'autres traitements pour des rides.
Je voulais lui montrer 2 nouvelles excroissances. Ne voulait pas regarder trop trop....
Ne semble intéressé que par les traitements les plus payants(?)
Très poli, un peu trop... ne semble pas authentique...
J'ai laissé tombé et suis allé consulter ailleurs ...

Un endroit où l'on se sent en pleine confiance. Tout le personnel du médecin au personnel de l'accueil prend le temps de répondre à nos questions et de nous rassurer. J'adore et je recommande!

Dr Tremblay is extremely qualified in his field! He has treated dermatology issues for my entire family! He is very attentive to his patient’s needs and takes the time to explain the treatments!
His entire staff is also highly qualified and very caring! Kudos to the entire team!

I’m a bit disappointed that this was the only alternative to express a sad situation that occurred on my last visit. After trying to reach out without taking an appointment, knowing that I only needed to address something to Doctor Tremblay before going any further with more services,the receptionist that answered me told me I would be charge if I take an appointment without treatments and that Dr.Tremblay do not speak to his customers/patients over the phone!
First off ..to me ,that shows off like he doesn’t care on a other level then money from he’s customers/patients.
So I’m just gonna go ahead and share my story from my last visit here and hopefully you will see it and see how one remark can deeply hurt and take away hopes from your clients/patients!
I had came in after an appointment made by him to see the results of some procedures done. These procedures was not the primary reason I had researched a esthetic medical institute tho.. but I’m a hard working woman and I was treating myself to many esthetics procedures for myself care.. the main reason was scares on my body that dates from more then 15 years ago and was looking for scare treatments. After 3 treatments of 750$ each, a total of 2250$ and zero results later, I have spoken about this to him on that time. The answer I got didn’t sink in or I didn’t process what he had told me right away, probably because now I can’t even believe he said this.. well that means there’s probably nothing you can do about it except putting more clothes on to hide it! So insulting and arrogant! In front of a female staff as well! So insensitive and heart breaking! If Dr. Tremblay really had a passion of helping others.. why not just offer me 2-3 sessions more to see if we would see some type a difference! Maybe all body reacts differently with laser treatments but one thing I know is how laser works! And for him to tell me after just 3 treatments that nothing can be done is like taking me for an idiot! Everybody knows that today’s technology has this resource but it can take time! I have seen worse scars on others then mine and saw with the right treatments and with time a huge difference! What Dr Tremblay did for me..did to myself confidence..to my hopes.. well I’ll let you imagine! It’s really sad tho because I would of been an on going customer for so many services and treatments! Just to give an idea in less then 4 visit I have spend up to now almost 10 000$
Dr. Tremblay crushed my hopes because instead of offering me more or different treatments until we see some type of results he stopped at 3 with 2250$ in the trash! If a couple of treatments more could of start making a difference we could of discuss about further treatments and prices!
Instead he’s bright solution is to put on myself more cloths!
Words can not express how this hole experience on trying to help myself emotionally , mentally and physically actually turned out worst!
I’m deeply hurt by Dr Tremblay and not even gonna start talking about his superficial fake friendly staff!
Very disappointed and heart broken.

Médecin très minutieux et talentueux. J'ai une confiance absolue en le Dr Tremblay. J'ai très hâte d'y retourner pour une séance de Pixel. Connaissant la peau métisse et noires, ce qui est des plus rassurants.

Everything is awesome about this team. He is very knowledgeable and respectful. I had a treatment for my Alopecia areata. He explains all the options and prescribes all you need. The only thing is I found him sometimes in a rush, not always.
