Had stitches removed from a minor surgery when I was younger. After becoming frustrated at me for complaining of the pain she yelled at me and threw the tweezers she was using to remove them. Left me with an open wound and bleeding in the room . Turned out she was removing that certain type of stitches wrong. Pulling knots back through a healed wound. 13 years to this day I still have a huge scar on my back from where she had messed up. No patience for children or adults. Completely rude and unprofessional.
